HR Manager

As HR Manager, you will be working at various levels within Cipax. It includes a versatile hands-on function, with a high degree of independence.

You are the first point of contact for our employees in terms of personnel and, with your knowledge and communication skills, you ensure smooth handling of HR-related processes.

You ensure that the monthly salary changes of our employees are processed correctly towards the external payroll office. For this, it is necessary that you have experience with the Nmbrs salary package.

You will be responsible for the timely and correct entry and maintenance of employment contracts and personnel data. You ensure correct administration and smooth on- and off-boarding, you arrange illness management and deal with recurring absenteeism cases.
You coordinate the recruitment and selection process and ensure a warm welcome on the first working day of a new Cipax employee.
