Dutch Filtration was founded by Ruud Wolthuis and his two sons Lex and Dirk in 2016. Since 1972 Ruud Wolthuis (Wolthuis Machining) has been manufacturing water treatment and industrial process equipment. During the last two decades Wolthuis Machining has manufactured several hundreds of filtration systems for the Oil & Gas and Process industry.
In 2016 Eric Wals joined Dutch Filtration as Managing Director. Eric previously worked at Twin Filter for 18 years. There he started out as Project Engineer and was the Business Unit Manager after the acquisition of Twin Filter by Parker Hannifin.
