Service Coordinator

Description

You have a lot of contact with our international customers and worldwide operating engineers. You are their direct point of contact for all feedback and together with colleagues in the service department, you are the technical source of information. After completion of the work you process all ins and outs in our ERP system and send the report and invoice to the customer.

YOUR PROFILE
– MBO+ working and thinking level and matching diploma in a relevant direction
– Work experience in a similar position and work experience as a service engineer
– Background in the Maritime sector
– Command of the English language in speech and writing (German is an advantage)

You have a high degree of independence, flexibility and you work with great precision. You understand the language of service engineers and you can empathize with their work situation. Efficient planning and coordination are what you need. with knowledge of ERP systems and administrative insight, you score plus points.
