We want to make use of your talents already in the quotation phase to tackel possible risks early in the project. You participate in the handover from Sales to Project Management. Your experience allows you to make a positive and active contribution to the purchase and implementation of a suitable project management system. As a Project Manager you have to deal with various interests, both internally and externally. You achieve an optimal cooperation both within the project team and with the various contract parties. With losing sight of the customer’s wishes or the importance of Azzuro, you know when to give something away or when those wishes lead to change orders. You are leading and you lead all activities that are necessary to realize the project goals – with the help of the project team, of course.
As a Project Manager you are responsible for project management, risk management, material supply/purchasing (negotiations), budget and planning. Successfully completing a project can mean that you personally evaluate the project with the customer and any project team members. Then introducing improvement measures and discussing them internally means growth of the organization. And that’s how it should be…
