Rolapac Floating layer removal system

Description

In the Netherlands only more than 50 million euros is spent annually on the cleaning of wastewater lift stations and it’s very labor and C02 intensive. Lift stations are susceptible to clogs from fats, oils, and grease(FOG). With the ROLAPAC, wastewater is no longer only extracted via the low-lying suction nozzles, but also via an additional opening at the top of the lift station so that waste water full of oil, fats and grease can be removed. The proven technology reduces the accumulation of ‘the fat layer’ and it’s no longer necessary to schedule a maintenance stop with associated professional cleaning five times a year. One annual check is sufficient.
The innovation benefits regarding maintenance stops:
•savings on cleaning costs:payback period <2,5 years
•90% reduction of C02 emissions
•higher biogas yields at treatment plants
•less nuisance for local residents
•independent of weather conditions

With Rolapac we contribute to better infrastructure and less CO2 emissions.
