Stand type

Easyfairs offers different stand types. Here you can find all practical information for each stand type:

All-in stand

The All-in stand consists of the following components:



  • Stand walls: White panels in an aluminum frame. Wall height including frame: 250 cm. Visible area of white panels in the frame: 240 cm high and 95 cm wide.
  • Frieze rail: Aluminum rail on the aisle side for attaching LED spots.
  • LED spots on rail: 6 spots per 2 linear meters.
  • Name board: 1 green name board with company name and stand number.
  • Carpet tiles: Anthracite gray carpet tiles.
  • Stand cleaning: Daily vacuuming of the open floor area of the standard floor.

If you are not satisfied with the stand construction upon arrival, please report to the exhibitor reception so we can resolve it before the start of the event.

Additional options for All-in stand

Check the webshop or contact Event Services for alternative options for the All-in stand, such as:

  • Different type of flooring
      • Raised floor
      • Different carpet color
      • Removal of carpet

    • Different stand wall color

    • Upgrade packages

Check the webshop or contact Event Services for options to customize the All-in stand and make it stand out, such as:

    • Eye catchers
    • Printed stand walls / seamless prints
    • Furniture
    • Decoration

  • If you do not want a frieze rail, inform Event Services (eventservices@easyfairs.com) at least 10 days before the event.
    • Removal of the frieze rail is subject to availability and depends on the stand size and the types of adjacent stands.

  • If the frieze rail is omitted, the LED spots and name board will no longer be included.

Rules and guidelines for All-in stand

Stand construction

  • Screwing, drilling, and nailing into the stand walls is not allowed.
  • Using tape on the walls and frames that leaves residue or removes the coating when removed is not allowed.
  • In case of damage to the walls, frames, and/or frieze rails, €50.00 per linear meter will be charged.

Carpet

  • Removal of carpet tiles must be requested in advance via the webshop. If you remove carpet tiles yourself, the costs will still be charged.
  • When using sand, bark, or other contaminating materials in the stand, it is mandatory to protect the carpet tiles with foil or an alternative protective underlay. In case of contamination or damage to the carpet tiles, €50.00 per m² will be charged.

Stand design

  • When placing stand objects in the All-in stand, please observe the following height restrictions:
    • Maximum construction height: 4.5 meters
    • Maximum height for logos and visuals: 4 meters
  • Rigging above the All-in stand is allowed. Hanging points, etc., can be requested via the webshop or Event Services. Rigging must be arranged through us and will be carried out by Decoriginals. Check the floor plans for no-rigging zones.
  • Arranging objects in the All-in stand is only allowed within the boundaries of the rented stand. Placing objects in the aisle outside the stand is not permitted.
  • Open sides adjacent to aisles may be closed up to a maximum of 50% to maintain sightlines.

Space only

A Space Only stand includes anthracite gray carpet tiles.

If you have reserved a Space Only stand, you are only renting the floor area provided with carpet tiles. Removal of carpet tiles must be requested in advance via the webshop.

You are responsible for providing the rest of the stand construction. Please submit the stand layout and technical drawing in advance for approval. See the deadlines for the correct submission date.

Check the floor plans for the no-rigging zones. Rigging above the stand is not allowed in these areas.

Hanging points (rigging) may only be installed by our in-house supplier, Decoriginals. Requests can be made via the webshop.

Stand walls higher than 2.5 meters must be finished neutrally in white or black on the back side from 2.5 meters upward, without logos or visuals.

Attaching stand walls and/or other stand components to an adjacent stand built by a different exhibitor/stand builder is not allowed.

Open sides adjacent to aisles may be closed up to a maximum of 50% to maintain sightlines.

If you plan to equip an intermediate stand with custom construction, take the net internal dimensions into account.
Net internal dimensions: -5 cm plus -1 cm per meter of stand wall. (For example: an intermediate stand 3 meters wide has a net internal width of 2.92 m)
