The water chain
It is becoming clear that there is only one water chain and this is more and more becoming one. A chain that is collaborating to tackle the challenges of climate adaptation, safe water, circularity and energy transition together. For example, treatment plants are used as a water factory for process water or excessive rainwater is retained to relieve sewers and delay drought.
During Aqua Nederland, the supply and demand of water technology, water management services and knowledge products come together for the entire national water chain. The four water types Wastewater, Drinking water, Process water and Urban water & Sewage management are each given more face through targeted knowledge sessions, demonstrations and networking opportunities.
