Event Services offers various options to set up and decorate your stand, such as:

Depending on the stand location (corner, intermediate, end, or island stand), different options are available. See the brochure below for each stand location with available options and pricing.
Corner stand
A corner stand has two sides adjacent to an aisle. These sides are open, allowing visitors access to the stand. The other two sides are fitted with walls (all-in stand) and can be customized with prints and upgrades.

Intermediate stand
An intermediate stand has one side adjacent to an aisle, which is open. The other three sides are fitted with walls (all-in stand) and can be customized with prints and upgrades.

Head stand
An head stand has three sides adjacent to aisles. These sides are open, providing sightlines into the stand from three directions. The back wall is fitted with a wall (all-in stand) and can be customized with prints and upgrades.
Technical provisions
Electricity
Electrical connections can be requested via the webshop. Installing your own generator is not allowed.
For machines with a frequency controller, an electrical connection for machines must be requested via the webshop.
Electrical connections will be switched off after the fair closes. If machines require electricity 24 hours a day, request night power via the webshop.
Water
Water supply and/or drainage can be requested via the webshop. Using water from fire hoses is not allowed. Standing water in the stand is only permitted if you comply with legionella prevention regulations.
- Maintain water temperature below 25°C or above 50°C. Measure the temperature every two hours and keep a log.
- Water pipes and equipment that spray water must be flushed regularly, especially if they have not been used for an extended period.
- Disinfect water installations with chlorine or other biocides.
- Document and register all activities and measures taken for legionella prevention.
Compressed air
Compressed air can be requested via the webshop. You must connect the machines yourself. The hoses will be laid during setup.
Compressed air is available:
From the last setup day at 13:00 until one hour after the fair closes on the last day.

Internet/WIfi
Wired internet and Wi-Fi are available via the webshop. See the webshop for the different options.
Setting up your own wireless network is not allowed.
If you rely on a stable internet connection, we recommend requesting a wired internet connection instead of Wi-Fi.
Rigging
Increase your stand’s visibility from a distance without reducing available floor space by hanging banners, lighting, AV equipment, or objects above the stand.
Trusses, lighting, hanging points, etc., can be requested via the webshop or Event Services. All hanging points are provided by our in-house supplier, Decoriginals. Attaching objects directly to the building is not allowed for safety reasons.
Rigging is not possible at all locations in the venue. Please refer to the Evenementenhal Gorinchem floor plan for rigging and no-rigging zones.
