Access & Stand Staff
Below you will find all important information about access to the event during setup, dismantling, and the fair days themselves. Make sure you are well prepared and follow all access rules.
Stand staff
Register your stand staff in advance via My Easyfairs (Manage the stand – Stand staff – Manage staff). During setup, you can collect the badges at the exhibitor reception using the barcode.
Catering vouchers
All exhibitors receive 2 catering vouchers per fair day, granting access to the exhibitor restaurant. Any additional catering vouchers can be ordered via the webshop. The catering vouchers, including any extra ordered vouchers, can be collected at the exhibitor reception on the last setup day and the first fair day.

Parking tickets
All exhibitors receive 2 parking tickets per fair day, allowing free exit from the parking lot. Need extra parking tickets? Order them in advance via the webshop or on-site at the parking meter. The parking tickets, including any extra ordered tickets, can be collected at the exhibitor reception on the last setup day and the first fair day.
Accessibility
With the car
Junction Gorinchem (A27/A15) towards Nijmegen (A15). Take the Gorinchem-Oost exit (exit 28). At the traffic lights, turn left and follow the dynamic signage.
Parking
There are 2,200 parking spaces around Evenementenhal Gorinchem, where you can park your vehicle for €10 per day. Coming by bike? There is also a free bicycle parking area on the lot.
Via public transport
Evenementenhal Gorinchem is easily accessible by public transport.* From Gorinchem station, take line 387. Get off at the nearest stop, De Griendweg, and it’s just an 8-minute walk to Evenementenhal Gorinchem.
