AUGA Mixers
MIXERS ensure the flow and movement of standing water in canals, ponds and storage basins and large-scale water projects. By circulating water, a mixer prevents the development of algae and significantly improves water quality. Mixers for large and small water features Our range consists of various mixers that are suitable for canals, ponds, storage basins and large-scale water features. The mixers are designed in a floating and fixed arrangement, whereby the motor cable is available in the desired length. Our mixers ensure a large water displacement. The mixers have an adjustable flow angle and low energy consumption. Our Flow mixer can also serve as ice-free preventer.
AUGA aerator fountains
Add oxygen to water and create a beautiful fountain image at the same time? Then choose an aeration fountain. An aeration fountain is a pond fountain and aerator in one. In many situations a nice and good solution for ponds and canals in residential areas, on campsites and in other places where aeration and movement is needed with standing water. An aeration fountain is very suitable for use in natural water, because the pumps are highly insensitive to pollution. Pond fountain and aerator Our V-Flow aeration fountain combines aeration with a beautiful fountain image, creates a healthy biological balance, reduces the water temperature and takes up the nutrient medium algae formation away. As a result, an aeration fountain produces beautifully clear water.
AUGA Volume Aerator
A VOLUME AERATOR – the name says it all – ensures an enormous water displacement. This results in degassing and oxygen enrichment in large bodies of water . Temperature reduction of heated water also takes place.
STORMIX PRT
Stormix PRT is our most powerful electric, submersible and ultra-efficient aerator, available in bronze or cast iron. In addition to circulating the water, Stormix PRT is able to break down the air bubbles in such a way that the oxygen transfer values are significantly higher than with traditional aeration systems. All different types of frames for Stormix PRT are vertically adjustable up to 45° for optimum adaptation to all possible shapes of water basins that need to be purified. The Stormix PRT aerator can be installed in two ways: with floats to follow the water level of the tank in the aeration-equalization tank, or on fixed supports that are anchored to the bottom, walls or posts of a basin or lake.
VARIO MAC (MULTIPLE AERATION CONTROL)
Vario MAC (Multiple Aeration Control) is a range of EI 1 electric motors with variable speed control for total control over performance and energy consumption. Brushless motors are controlled and regulated by an Inverter to maximise performance and consumption, depending on the project and need. It is now possible to operate the aerator in real time with the power required by the process, thanks to a control system that can be manual or automated by a sensor. The motor housing is the lightest on the market and is easy to handle, versatile and narrow, which offers impressive performance. It is perfect for optimising existing treatment plants, as well as the main aeration and mixing solution for brand new plants, as a winning commercial and technical solution.
MIXER RIO
COMBITO - COMBO - COMBO PRO and COMBIX PRO, are classified as combined systems that combine the ability of circulators to move large volumes of water with the ability of aerators to inject large volumes of air or oxygen. Combined systems create exponential yields with a high percentage of oxygen transfer and water movement thanks to the significant increase in contact time between air/oxygen and water. The combined systems make it possible to transfer up to 10 times the amount of oxygen compared to a simple aerator, with very little additional energy, thanks to the greater volume of water managed by the system. COMBITO - COMBO - COMBO PRO and COMBIX PRO are ideal for large tanks and any type of professional application. Installations are available with different combinations of motors, in different strengths, numbers and types, depending on the specific needs and requirements.
