Series 19/19L
Bray's Flow-Tek Series S19 combines the shearing action of a knife gate valve, control characteristics of a globe valve, and sealing performance of a ball valve in a versatile high-performance rotary control valve designed for throttling and on-off applications. The Series S19 segmented valve features a characterized segment for high rangeability and high flow capacity in an economical product that delivers exceptional control valve performance. Series 19 segmented ball valves also deliver excellent sealing performance for on-off applications, achieving Class VI in resilient and Class IV sealing performance in metal seated trims. Bray's Flow-Tek Series S19L segmented Control Ball Valve combines the versatile design of the standard S19 with advanced trims for highly abrasive slurry and severe service applications that often lead to erosion in traditional valves. Bray's proprietary advanced coating technology is applied to the internal components of the valve to provide increased hardness and bond strength over other commonly used coating technologies throughout the industry. Series S19 & S19L segmented valves are available in a variety of trim configurations for use in a wide variety of industries.

Equipped with the unique Wey sealing system, the knife gate valves are suitable for the most demanding applications. They can handle a variety of differential pressure and extreme temperature scenarios as well as abrasive and corrosive media. Different materials and multiple options are available.
