Pump cabinets
A pump cabinet makes the transfer and dosing of chemicals safer, clearer and easier to manage. Electric or pneumatic pumps, together with piping in plastic, steel or stainless steel, can be fully integrated into the cabinet. The chemically resistant, robust and UV-resistant cabinet is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. Its transparent, lockable door provides a clear view of the process. Any leaks or splashes are collected in an integrated drip tray with a drain valve, helping to protect both employees and the environment. CGK Group supplies standard models as well as fully customised pump cabinets, for example with a PPE hatch, suction cylinder, filling funnel, automatic siphon vessel or fully automated dosing system. The modular PE construction allows integration with a wide range of piping systems. Assembly can take place in our workshop or on site. Workshop assembly ensures efficient installation and makes it possible to perform a pressure test in advance. Gas scrubbers
A gas scrubber is a purification system for harmful gases. Chemicals such as hydrochloric acid (HCl), acetic acid and ammonia (NH₃) release strong vapours at ambient temperature and can be harmful to people and the environment. A gas scrubber neutralises these vapours after they leave the tank vent. CGK Group designs and builds custom-made gas scrubbers. We consider the entire installation, from vapour collection to the fan, piping, scrubbing liquid, process control and the safe discharge of the purified air.
Plastic storage tanks and process tanks
We manufacture safe, reliable process and storage tanks in accordance with PGS31 and Kiwa BRL-K21009. We build our high-quality tanks in various materials: PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), PVDF, etc.

Platforms and structures
