About us
Condition Monitoring Systems specializes in monitoring and sensors for the condition monitoring of your rotating equipment. In addition to traditional online monitoring from BHGE (Bently Nevada) with our standard wired vibration sensors, we also offer complete solutions with IoT technology. This technology is experiencing strong growth, especially in areas with smaller budgets or where machines are geographically far apart. Our IoT vibration monitoring systems from Erbessd-Instruments utilize the latest MEMS technology (4th generation) and BT5.0 wireless connectivity. Besides machine condition monitoring with vibration sensors, CMS is also the Benelux distributor for ARTESIS ESD monitoring. Although this ESD technology (motor current analysis) has been in use for some time, significant strides have been made in recent years to significantly improve this innovative monitoring method. Arstesis offers a portable analyzer model, the AMTPro, and an online eMCM module with ML (Machine Learning) and DTwin (Digital Twin) technology. This allows you to determine machine condition from the very first measurement. This uses 10 kHz sampling of the 3-phase motor current and voltage. The web-based application provides clear dashboards, but the raw measurement data is also available for custom diagnostics. The ESD diagnostic capabilities were significantly simplified earlier this year with the addition of AI-supported diagnostic reporting. All machines can now be monitored consistently using this integrated analysis tool. Thanks to this AI reporting, the quality of the analyses and the productivity of the ESD diagnostics specialist are significantly improved. eMCM
The ARTESIS motor current signature analysis, or ESA Technology for Predictive Maintenance, is ready for the future. The eMCM online monitoring module uses the motor itself as a sensor for mechanical, electrical, and model‑based fault detection. Our AES‑OmniSight cloud platform includes an AI‑assisted diagnostics & reporting module, enabling this technology to scale without the need for additional specialized personnel. Thanks to the integrated Pump Efficiency module and cost‑analysis module, you can accurately track energy cost, CO₂ emissions, pump head, and flow in real time. PHANTOM Vibration Monitoring System
The Erbessd-Instruments condition monitoring system is a fully wireless, modular platform designed for continuous monitoring of industrial assets using multiple measurement parameters. It supports a wide range of wireless sensors, including vibration, temperature, rotational speed, amperage and other machine and process variables, enabling a more complete view of asset health. The system is engineered for industrial environments where cabling, power availability and installation time are limiting factors. Wireless sensors can be installed quickly without shutdowns, electrical work or fixed infrastructure, making the system particularly suitable for existing plants, large facilities and hard-to-reach assets. Long-range wireless communication allows sensors to transmit data over significant distances, reducing or eliminating the need for repeaters and local network hardware. This makes the system practical for multi-area sites, outdoor installations and geographically spread equipment, while keeping total system cost and complexity under control. All sensors are battery powered and designed for extended operational life through optimised power management. Vibration sensors support both trend monitoring and advanced analysis, including frequency spectrum and time waveform data, while complementary sensors provide context through temperature, speed and electrical load measurements. PHANTOM MAX - Next Generation Vibration & Motion Sensor
Phantom Max is a high-performance wireless vibration sensor developed for long-range, continuous condition monitoring of critical rotating assets. It is designed for industrial sites where distance, power availability and network reliability are real constraints, not theoretical ones. The sensor has been distance tested at ranges of up to 3 km, making it suitable for large plants, remote assets and multi-area facilities where traditional wired systems or short-range wireless sensors are impractical. This long-range capability reduces the need for repeaters, cabling and local infrastructure, simplifying deployment and lowering total system cost. Phantom Max combines high vibration bandwidth with efficient power management.
