Emha
About us
Ever since EMHA was founded in 1961, we have been active in the civil engineering market. With various projects on major infrastructural structures such as the Van Brienenoord bridge and the Westerscheldekering, EMHA has proven to be a reliable partner for various institutions and companies. As we have further expanded our knowledge and expertise in recent years, we can support with various independent and unique services in the fields of inspection and diagnosis, monitoring, engineering, 3d measurements, alignment, construction and epoxy applications.
Because EMHA can carry out diagnosis and inspection work as an independent party, we act as a sounding board for various water boards and companies. Because we have several areas of expertise under one roof, we also support engineering and conversion projects. From developing an inspection methodology to replacing a pump or motor, we are happy to take on any challenging WTB project with you!

Machinery installations
Correct installation of machines and pumps is essential for optimal performance, durability, and safety. Incorrect installation can lead to damage, downtime, higher energy costs, and reduced product quality. Furthermore, indirect consequences can occur, such as lost production, lost revenue, and reputational damage. Several factors play a crucial role in installing rotating machinery, such as the foundation (rigid or flexible), alignment, and the ability to adjust. By carefully considering these aspects, the service life is extended, maintenance is minimized, and efficiency is increased—ultimately resulting in a better return on your investment. As a specialist in the installation of machines, equipment, and drivetrains, EMHA offers expert advice on correct installation and the associated considerations. Our experienced technicians can also take care of the complete installation for you.

Engineering
Machine alignment, structural modifications, performance optimization, and troubleshooting of industrial and civil installations such as pumping stations, locks, bridges, etc.

Quickscan Asset Intelligence
Sound asset management requires insight. EMHA provides a clear overview of the condition of various assets with a Quick Scan. This provides insight into the lifespan, upcoming (major) maintenance, and the condition of components. Components of the Quick Scan: o Inventory o Inspection o Analysis o Reporting o Recommendations

Chockfast Orange
Chockfast Orange is a two-component epoxy resin, specially developed as casting compound. Description and application The compound is non-shrinking and has a high compressive and impact strength. Chockfast Orange is the ultimate compound for chocking critical machines subjected to the most extreme conditions, such as marine deck equipment.

MecLev®
The MecLev® is an adjustable, reusable steel foundation element that can be used to mount all sorts of rotating or critically aligned machines. The MecLev® is a durable foundation element that is very easy to install and makes the foundation of machines after alignment easier, more accurate and faster! The self-levelling function (convex upper element adjusts itself to the correct angle when the element is installed), combined with height adjustment, helps eliminate the risk of ‘soft foot’ under your machine!
