About us
Every year we make thousands of electric motors for clients located all over the world. We have been active since 1927.
With our knowledge and many specialized employees we can safely say that we are not just experienced, but also good at what we do. Our specialists can create anything, from simple modifications to custom designs. We go for quality in everything we do. Neither “no” nor “impossible” is part of our vocabulary. We believe that anything is possible and we accept any challenge.

Products

Custom Build Motors
Is a standard or even a modified motor not sufficient for your purposes or does the motor not fit? That is the point where the real work begins for EN motors. We can produce a totally customized motor. We have engineers who can design a motor from scratch and have specialized employees to produce, assemble and even install the motor on location. As a result we can come up with a solution for any specific situation. A few examples: from a high-speed main drive for cotton spinning machines to a highly innovative drive for dyeing textiles in a medium of supercritical CO2 or to motors for industrial vibrator screens from motors that drive a test set-up that mimics the extremes of the life of satellites, for example, the Mars rover or to motors that drive a LNG pump whilst submerged in that Liquid Nitrogen Gas from super high-speed motors for testing fuel pumps for jet engines to submerged motors that drive boats in an amusement park or propulsion motors for river and sea vessels Innovation and customization is part of EN motors’s “DNA”!

Modified Motors
Modified motors EN motors can modify the standard motors if there are additional requirements. We can add, remove or modify different aspects, parts or details to offer a better solution to the customer. The following modifications, among others, can be made to our motors: • replace the flange for a larger or smaller flange than the standard size • adapt the output shaft making it smaller, shorter or according to customer specifications • increase the protection rating: from standard IP55 up to IP68 • install standstill heating • add protection: e.g. PTC, PT100 and/ or Microtherm contacts • change the voltage by rewinding the motor • install other types of bearings such as a roller bearing for an application that exerts high radial forces on the motor shaft • mount brakes, encoders and/ or forced ventilation • spray a different color of paint and/or a high-quality paint plan

Standard Motors
Standard motors EN motors supplies standard motors in IEC efficiency classes from IE1 to IE5 and from frame size IEC63 up to and including IEC355. A big part of the motors is available from stock, the other part is available on short term. Of course we can also supply motors larger than IEC355 on request. All conceivable adjustments to standard motors can be carried out by EN motors. See also our modified motors. We produce and supply standard electric motors in almost any size. Power EN motors are powerhouses. The output of our standard motors can reach up to 400 kW. Efficiency standard The efficiency standards of our standard motors can vary from IE1 to IE5. The IE2 and IE3 motors are available directly from stock and we can also deliver IE4 motors quickly. Standard, yet exceptional Also in our standard segment we are exceptional. In addition to supplying the standard efficiency classes we can also deliver compact, yet powerful, IP23 motors.
