Georg Fischer NV is the Dutch branch of the Swiss company Georg Fischer AG. This company, with 15,700 employees worldwide, was founded in 1802 and produces high-quality components primarily for plastic piping systems in PVC-U, ABS, PVC-C, PP, PE, PVDF, and PB.
These include pipes, fittings, valves, welding machines, measuring and control components, etc. These products are used in various market segments, such as the chemical process industry, water treatment, life sciences, food and beverage industry, semiconductors, shipbuilding, utility construction, and water and gas distribution.

GF Butterfly Valve type 565 Big
GF is expanding its successful 565 series with a new design for larger diameters: the 565 Big butterfly valve, with versions in DN350 through DN600*. Thanks to its PN10 pressure rating, it is the strongest plastic butterfly valve with a short overall length. The 565 Big offers a durable and cost-effective solution for demanding applications such as desalination and water distribution. The existing 565 series has long been known as a lightweight, corrosion-free alternative to metal butterfly valves, previously available in DN50 through DN300. With the introduction of the 565 Big, the maximum diameter is doubled to DN600 without compromising the pressure rating. Even in larger diameters, the 565 Big retains the advantages of its smaller predecessor. The body and disc are made of reinforced polypropylene and polyethylene, resulting in a weight reduction of up to 20% compared to metal alternatives. No other valve combines lightweight construction, a short overall length, and a PN10 pressure rating in these dimensions. Furthermore, the 565 Big is easy to automate thanks to a standard interface for pneumatic and electric actuators.
GF Infrared Fusion Machine IR-225 M
Our trusted IR-225 Plus infrared welding machine, after 33 successful years in the market, is making way for its innovative successor - the new IR-225 M. This new infrared welding machine can weld PVDF, PP-H, PP-n, ECTFE, PE100, PVC-U (metric) and CONTAIN-IT Plus and is suitable, depending on the material, for diameters from d63 mm to d225 mm. Some of the advantages of the IR-225 M: § Save time and costs with up to 60% shorter cooling times § Compact, lightweight and at the same time unabatedly powerful § Touchscreen with comprehensive instructions in 20 available languages § Includes one adjustable pipe stopper, one pipe stopper with and one pipe stopper without corner marking § Easy management and storage of welding protocols with CONNECT Welding Data (cloud) The machine comes with integrated worktable, label printer and CONNECT Welding Data box. Compared to the IR-225 Plus, the IR-225 M now also allows you to weld PVC-U (in the dimension d63 mm) and various diameters of other materials. The new IR-225 M infrared welding machine is available immediately and replaces the IR-225 Plus in our product range.

MULTI/JOINT® 3000 Plus Are you curious about the newest and largest MULTI/JOINT® 3000 Plus? Come and see it at our stand! The newest additions to our range are the sizes DN900 to DN1025 and are among the largest tensile couplings for water applications. Thanks to the flexibility of MULTI/JOINT® 3000 Plus, it is no longer a challenge to connect pipes of different materials or outside diameters. Connections and repairs are carried out using a tensile system. This eliminates the need for stamping or making time-consuming and expensive connections such as welding or flanges. In addition, the MULTI/JOINT® 3000 Plus is corrosion-resistant with a lifespan of 50 years (!) thanks to the Resicoat® epoxy powder coating.
