Onze Hidrostal schroefcentrifugaalpompen zijn al jaren niet meer weg te denken uit de afvalwaterwereld. Wereldwijd biedt Hidrostal een passende ondersteuning voor lokaal waterbeheer.
Vanuit een modern en ruim opgezet bedrijfspand in Dordrecht bedienen wij de Nederlandse markt. Ons enthousiaste team bestaat uit deskundige vakmensen die u graag adviseren bij het maken van de juiste selectie en pompkeuze en u daarnaast graag adviseren over service, levensduur, long life cyclecost en verstoppingsproblematiek.

Zeker in het geval van professioneel waterbeheer zijn veiligheid, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid hoofdthema’s. Zoals gezegd zijn onze schroefcentrifugaalpompen niet meer weg te denken uit de afvalwater wereld, ze zijn een begrip in gemalen en zuiveringen. Of het nu gaat om droge of natte kelders, wij hebben een oplossing voor vrijwel elk denkbare situatie. Onze unieke en karakteristieke schroefcentrifugaalwaaiers zorgen voor een verstoppingsvrij en probleemloos transport van rioolwater. Bovendien zijn onze pompen uiterst onderhoudsvriendelijk en energiezuinig. Naast verschillende materiaalkeuzes, zijn de Hidrostalpompen voor uw gebruiksgemak eenvoudig en snel uitwendig nastelbaar.
De Hidrostal schroefcentrifugaalpomp is ruim 60 jaar geleden speciaal ontwikkeld voor het schadevrij verpompen van levende vis en heeft nog altijd deze kenmerkende kwaliteit. Dit komt van pas om de hedendaagse oppervlaktewater problematiek het hoofd te bieden. Hidrostal beidt u de oplossing met een breed pakket aan mogelijkheden.

Hidrostal HIP pumps
Hidrostal HIP pumps are compact screw centrifugal submersible pumps designed for pumping wastewater containing large solids. The pumps are characterized by their large spherical passage, clog-free operation, and excellent quality. The unique screw centrifugal impeller with a large spherical passage ensures clog-free handling of untreated wastewater. Hidrostal is launching a series of 5 HIP pumps. These 3” and 4” submersible pumps come with a standard configuration of materials and motor equipment. Thanks to various adapter pieces, the HIP pumps can be used with the most common base elbows on the market.
Hidrostal Super Betsy
The mobile pump set SuperBetsy represents quality, expertise, and innovation. By focusing on engineering, assembly, and quality, we are able to produce our machines at the highest technical level. Collaboration with regional suppliers enables short delivery times, allowing us to quickly provide the best solutions to our customers. Large solid particles, fibers, viscous or challenging fluids such as bentonite and untreated sewage water are no problem for the Hidrostal pump. The clog-free, original screw centrifugal impeller, with a spherical passage ranging from 75 mm to 120 mm, ensures almost uninterrupted operation. The excellent NPSH values, combined with high efficiency, guarantee optimal performance. Thanks to the special design of the screw centrifugal impeller, the pump is safe for small organisms and fish when used for pumping surface water. Combined with a rotary vane vacuum pump and a newly designed vacuum chamber (as well as the use of various sensors), the vacuum system forms the heart of every SuperBetsy. BetsyPrime ensures the safe and reliable transfer of the pumped fluid. The integrated sensor technology minimizes the operating time of the vacuum pump and ensures a long service life. Contamination of the vacuum pump by the pumped fluid is prevented by the innovative sealing system, which is electronically and mechanically controlled.
Hidrostal TUMA engines
The new Hidrostal motors are available with drive power from 5 - 170 kW and are suitable for vertical and horizontal installation. Thanks to the design with protection class IP68, the motor pumps can be used in permanent flooded operation, but also in dry installation. The cooling is ensured by an internal energy-efficient cooling circuit. These characteristics make Tuma motors the ideal drive for screw centrifugal pumps to pump unscreened waste water, sludge or other demanding media. In addition to different speeds and voltages various insulation classes and combinations of construction materials are available. Various protection and monitoring elements ensure maximum safety and reliability
