Order on time to secure the low early bird rate. Check the early bird deadline here.

After the early bird period ends, a 30% surcharge applies. Certain products, such as print work, can only be ordered during the early bird period.

Placing additional orders after the webshop has closed is only possible during setup at the exhibitor desk.

Please note:

  • Requesting technical provisions during setup incurs a 100% surcharge.
  • Only a limited range of items is available during setup, while supplies last.
  • Delivery of orders placed via the webshop always takes priority over orders placed onsite during setup.

Additional orders can be canceled up to 15 days before the event. After that, a 100% cancellation fee applies. Print work, such as seamless prints, printed panels, and stickers, cannot be canceled.

Webshop items are rented and therefore remain the property of Easyfairs Nederland BV and/or the suppliers. In case of damage and/or loss, the costs will be charged to the exhibitor.
