Permanent Magnet Motors
As global industries strive to achieve sustainable and energy-efficient processes, Our Innomotics PM Permanent Magnet Motors, conforming to the IE5 efficiency class, represent future-proof and leading-edge drives for motion applications. The principle of permanent magnet motors As the name suggests, permanent magnets represent the core of the motors. These are predominantly fabricated from rare-earth materials which produce a consistent magnetic field. With their integrated magnets, Innomotics PM Permanent Magnet Motors do not require an electrical current to generate a magnetic field in the rotor, which sets them apart from conventional induction motors. This principle results in the higher efficiency of these types of motors. The advantages of permanent magnets Rare-earth magnets are the driving force behind the high efficiency levels of Innomotics PM Permanent Magnet Motors. These rare-earth magnets have magnetic properties that far surpass those of conventional ferrite magnets. They provide a higher power density, allowing for smaller, lighter and more efficient motors than those using ferrite magnets. Low Voltage Motors
Innomotics offers the most comprehensive range of low voltage motors worldwide. Our three-phase motors are the right choice for all applications in a power range from 0.09 - 5,300 kW. The motors can be used directly on the mains or in combination with converters for variable speed operation. The motors can be used worldwide.
SG Geared Motors
The Innomotics SG Geared Motor portfolio is extensive and you can always find the optimum geared motor that precisely meets your requirements. We have expanded our portfolio even further – you can now combine Innomotics gearboxes with a wider range of Innomotics motors in the TIA Selection Tool* and obtain a complete, all-in-one solution as a single package. The whole system is easily configured using the tool – all available motor combinations are calculated and approved in terms of mechanics, geometrics and thermal conditions. Ordering and delivery of this one-package solution is a simple procedure.
High Voltage Motors & Generators
Innomotics HV Motors are the perfect choice for virtually any configuration in the power range from 150 KW to 100 MW, with speeds from 7 to 16,000 rpm and torques up to 40,000 kNm. Compliant with IEC and NEMA standards, the motors can be equipped with different cooling systems, explosion-proof protection classes and optional protection levels up to IP66.
