InProces Advies B.V.
About us
InProces Advies was founded in response to the growing demand for technical expertise in heat and biogas challenges, combined with the increasing focus of businesses and governments on sustainability. This specialized knowledge is often lacking among contractors, installation companies, and end users. InProces addresses these needs as an independent consultancy firm, specializing in process safety, sustainability & energy, engineering, and technical project management. We provide expertise and take an active role in guiding, initiating, and collaborating on specific sustainability projects. With our innovative techniques, we help clients tackle even the most complex challenges.

GHG-Analysis & CI-score calculation
At InProces Advies, we calculate both the GHG emissions and the CI score of green gas projects to provide precise insight into the sustainability of production. These analyses are essential for certification, demonstrating CO₂ savings, and determining the market value of green gas. Based on our expertise in green gas installations, we focus on reducing the CI score during engineering, increasing both sustainability and economic returns. These calculations form a solid foundation for permitting and certification processes. In this way, we support organizations in demonstrably and

Technical and Organisational Support
At InProces Advies, we offer comprehensive technical and organizational support for green gas projects, from the initial preliminary study to implementation. We select the right suppliers, determine the best technical solutions, and ensure optimal integration into existing or new installations. At the same time, we design processes, decision-making, and operational methods to align with laws and regulations and your organization's strategic goals. By combining technology, organization, environment, and regulations into a single approach, we prevent delays and ensure a smooth project. This integrated approach allows us to completely eliminate both the technical and organizational complexity for you.

Certification Process Green Gas
We fully support organizations in obtaining green gas certification according to RED-III requirements. We ensure that CO₂ savings, supply chain registration, and sustainability criteria are fully and demonstrably in order. Thanks to our in-depth knowledge of both technical processes and legal requirements, we lay a solid foundation for successful certification. Certification enables the official marketing of green gas and increases its value. This makes the process clear, feasible, and completely worry-free.

Marketing green gas and CO²
At InProces Advies, we help you maximize the sustainable and economic value of green gas. We map the technical, legal, and market requirements so that green gas can be supplied responsibly to industry, greenhouse horticulture, or the gas grid. We also support the valorization of CO₂ released during green gas production, exploring solutions for reuse, storage, and commercial application. Our extensive knowledge of technology, certification, carbon capture, and market mechanisms allows us to strategically connect both sides of the chain. This makes us a fully managed partner who directly links sustainable generation to profitable value creation.

Explosion safety document
At InProces Advies, we prepare an explosion safety document (EVD) to clearly and comprehensively identify all explosion risks within your installation, as required by ATEX 153. This document describes the risks present, the hazard zone classification, and the technical and organizational measures required to work safely. We also assess the safety of workplaces, processes, and equipment to ensure your organization complies with laws and regulations. The EVD is always kept up-to-date and updated whenever changes occur in your processes or installations.

ATEX Inspection
An ATEX inspection is a comprehensive, periodically required inspection of electrical and mechanical components in explosion-hazardous environments in accordance with NEN-EN-IEC 60079-17. InProces Advies conducts the inspection based on all the information you provide, combined with extensive visual inspections and technical tests and measurements at your location. This provides you with the in-depth insight necessary for (maintaining) the explosion safety of your installation. - Detailed (commissioning) inspection - Periodic visual and accurate inspection - Support for continuous inspection (assessment and/or preparation of loop calculations)

Energy systems
At InProces Advies, we design and optimize complete energy systems that are efficient, circular, and future-proof. We take an integrated approach to all energy flows, from sustainable generation and recovery to storage, use, and any potential feed-in, ensuring the total system maximizes its return. Our approach offers practical and innovative solutions for issues such as energy conservation, grid congestion, CO₂ and nitrogen reduction, and smart flexibility in energy consumption. We combine technical expertise with process insights, enabling us to uncover opportunities that often remain untapped. This is how we help organizations achieve an energy system that is both sustainable and reliable, fully aligned with their current and future needs.

Nitrogen deposition (AERIUS)
Nitrogen emitted by installations, processes, and machinery deposits on soil, water, and nature, potentially causing damage in vulnerable areas. The AERIUS calculation method calculates how much nitrogen a project emits and where it deposits, as mandated by the government. InProces Advies performs a complete AERIUS calculation using the official calculation module, performing a detailed analysis of the entire project. This clarifies whether nitrogen deposition occurs on Natura 2000 areas and whether a permit is required. The calculation shows the project's contribution to nitrogen pressure and provides insight into potential measures to reduce it.

HAZOP
Our HAZOPs are systematic, group-based safety studies that reveal (sometimes previously undetected) risks in processes or installations. Consider, for example, biogas installations. The goal is to identify deviations from the normal process that could lead to hazardous situations or operational problems. InProces Advies has proven the success of HAZOPs in practice across various sectors and processes. A multidisciplinary team of technical, operational, and ultimately responsible professionals discusses in detail what could go wrong for each process step or installation component. Tests and analyses are conducted in both unprotected and real, protected situations. Each scenario is assessed for cause, effect, existing (control) measures, and any improvement actions. Often used in the design or modification of installations. A HAZOP provides essential input for SIL and LOPA studies (see below).
