Iwaki Europe
About us
IWAKI originally started in 1956 as a distributor of laboratory equipment in Tokyo, where our head quarter is still located. In 1959 the first chemical pump was designed for the industry. Since then the philosophy of a forceful implementation of innovations as well as the enhancements of the existing pump series is traced. This was the precondition not only for a lot of new developments, but also for the fact, that IWAKI nowadays is one of the leading pump manufacturers worldwide.
All parts of the pumps in our product range, including the appropriate accessories and spares are produced in Japan.
IWAKI Japan
The quality of our products is treasured by our customers worldwide. IWAKI stands as synonym for high value chemical pumps. To ensure a high level quality, a quality assurance system was implemented. IWAKI Japan is therefore certified according ISO 9001.

Electromagnetic metering Pump EWN-R serie
The EWN-R is the diaphragm type electromagnetic metering pump with a built-in multifunctional digital controller. Our technology makes the high-speed operation of 360spm available. The built-in controller that handles both digital and analogue signals controls operation in various ways. PVC, GFRPP, PVDF or SUS316 pump head is selectable. Also, special pump types for particular purposes are lined up. The user-friendly EWN-R will meet a wide variety of demands for chemical feeding.

Magnetic drive centrifugalpump MD Serie
Extremely reliable, compact mag. drive centrifugal pumps The MD series can de used in many applications. Three main types between 5 and 135 l/min are available. Due to the sealless construction a contamination of the surrounding area is avoided. Also corrosion, which could be depending on construction, does not appear. Therefore this series is best suited for the machinery installation. Already the standard type offers best chemical resistance by the choice of the used materials. Special models are available for high heads (MD-Z) or more flow rate (MD-X). The economic laying is thereby possible, that the pump performance is equal to the next bigger standard type. From size 15 both hose and thread connection are available.

Magnetic drive centrifugal pump MXM Serie
New generation of mag. drive chemical process pumps With the MXM series a new generation of mag. drive chemical pumps complete the line-up of our world wide proven process pumps. By the non contact system in conjunction with the self radiating construction the pumps better withstand difficult operating conditions and expand as well as safety and durability. Self radiating construction (pat. pend.) Through the heat dispersion holes, between impeller and magnet capsule, force the liquid to circulate around spindle and bearing. Thus thermal deformation and melt are prevented. Non contact system The MXM pumps have a special construction to prevent contact between bearing and rear thrust ring, even if the pumps run dry or on suction side is air ingress. The usual damages through heat generation are therefore prevented. Exeptional chemical resistance As wet end materials only materials with best chemical resistance such as carbon fibre reinforced ETFE and fine ceramic are employed. For the operation in heavy duty chemical process applications the pumps have an external casing made of high strenght ductile cast iron.

Magnetic drive centrifugalpump MDM serie
Features MDM Series: Non contact system With the non contact system the MDM features a unique mechanism, which gives a greatly improved performance against dry running. The high magnet force of the rare earth magnets prevents coming in contact of the contact surfaces in the front and rear areas of the pump. Therefore high temperatures are avoided. This greatly improves resistance against dry running in comparison with conventional mag. drive fluororein pumps. (only for CF type with high density carbon bearings) ETFE & PFA are available as standard Carbon fibre reinforced ETFE and PFA linings can be supplied to cover most applications. PFA being a natural unfilled material generates only few contaminations and makes it ideally suited for transfering of high purity chemicals. Excellent durability The fluororesin front casings are covered with a ductile iron casing, which add strenght and durability. Due to the highest sress under which the rear casing is placed, it is protected by a rear casing cover made of fibre reinforced plastic. Additionally to the higher stability, the eddy current loss caused by the rotating magnetic field is eliminated. Should it come in contact with the magnet capsule, no spark would be generated. Also the magnet capsule is fitted with a metal core to obtain a higher resistance against vibrations. Back pullout system In order to faciliate inspection and maintenance, this series employs the back pullout system. This enables one to conduct inspections internally and replace parts without dismantling the piping. The simple modular setup allows easiest maintenance and minimal shut-downs. Most od the service works can be done without leakage.

Electromagnetic metering pumps EH-E serie
Feratures EH-E serie High resolution By stroke length and rate the discharge volume can be adjusted. The stroke length can be set between 20 and 100 % and the stroke rate between 0 and 360 strokes/min. So a wide range of flow rated can be covered. Multi-functional controller The control unit includes a micro processor by which 3 automatic modes (analog / multiplication / division) can be set instead of manual operation. Superior chemical resistance As pump head materials PVC, GFRPP, PVDF and SUS are available. All other wet end parts are made of high corrosion resistant materials like Hastelloy C276, ceramic, PTFE, etc. Easy maintenance The pumps consist only of a few modular components. Therefore not only a easy operation is guaranteed, also the regular maintenance does not create any problems

IX Series
Highly precise contrai offers a solution far every chemical dosing application. lWAKI's IX Series are digitally controlled direct-drive diaphragm pumps. Years of experience in high-end motor technology result in extremely accurate and energy efficient metering pumps with high resolution. The IX Series meet today's demand far automated chemical delivery in industries from water treatment to chemical process.

IWAKI Air Europe
There is no damage caused by dry running / overheating. Due to the compressed air operation electrical connections are not necessary and the pumps are cooled with the compressed air itself. Media with solids such as stones can be transfer. By adjusting either the air regulator or a liquid discharge valve it is possible to control the flow rate and pressure. If a valve is closed the pumps can handle this without problems. The TC-X pumps can operate dry and generate relatively high Vacuum Pressure, so the pump is self-priming. Flammable liquids can be operated with appropriate grounding as well.
