BOLLFILTER Automatic Type AquaBoll®

The aquaBoll® automatic filter series significantly increases the overall plant efficiency of your specific application through optimized functionality and novel adaptability. The challenges of flexibility, efficiency and adaptability are solved through a failsafe platform concept. The individuality and performance of the aquaBoll® filter is based on a novel platform concept, which is realized by a multi-part housing with wide adaptive possibilities – and all that in the smallest space. Filter elements and variable connection-flange positions are essential components for optimal adaptation of the automatic filter for your specific filtration requirements. The aquaBoll® automatic filter is especially capable of handling demanding situations and the toughest conditions. Complex filtration processes can be mastered in every application by the special properties and functions. The standardized multiple platform concept ensures low acquisition costs and high flexibility. The compact design allows easy access to all relevant components. Thus, commissioning and maintenance expenses are reduced considerably. Service speeds are significantly improved due to easy access and increased availability of standardized components. BOLLFILTER automatic type 6.04

The BOLLFILTER automatic Type 6.04 is characterized by high technological quality, meeting the requirements of liquid/solids separation filtration. High technical quality with low capital layout with low operating costs makes the Boll & Kirch automatic filter type 6.04 a sensible investment for the long term protection of your machine and plant systems. Available in a housing size DN40 and in various filtering fineness’s from 20 to 500 microns. The material of the housing is hard coated aluminum.

Service and Maintenance; for us a standard specialism

Lubrafil service engineers are responsible for implementing preventive and corrective maintenance. They also carry out inspections and assembly works at and for our customers, visiting extremely diverse customer locations and systems. Whether visiting a production company, an internationally-operating container ship or wastewater treatment plant, our service engineers are there to serve our customers. They are our company’s calling card. In the current economic climate international shipping and continuous production companies are unable to operate without this support. That is why, if requested, Lubrafil also offers a 24/7 service both nationally and internationally. The customer is always central in this. Lubrafil has VCA** (Health, Safety & Environment Checklist for Contractors) certification. This provides customers with the guarantee that we are permitted to and have the expertise to work for you as main contractor. We have an extensive network of qualified companies and persons, which enables us to offer virtually all technical disciplines. A turn-key installation that includes pipework (pipe fitting, welding) and electricity connections as well as the filter, is one of our standard options. You have just one contact point and Lubrafil takes care of all the coordination and implementation. Customisation for reliable quality and market prices. A properly functioning filter system is a system that does not require constant checks and has the lowest possible servicing frequency and associated costs. To reach this situation, the filtration system requires regular care and attention. Lubrafil offers its customers the option to take out a maintenance contract in which preventive inspections are carried out at a frequency that matches your filtration system’s use. This can be offered for a fixed rate or charged subsequently based on actual costs.

Ultrasonic cleaning

Ultrasonic cleaning is extremely suitable for parts that have many corners, sides and holes that can harbour dirt, such as a filter cartridge or filter element. The cleaning fluid is distributed via sound waves, which means that there is no risk of scratching or damage. The right combination of frequency, time, temperature and cleaning agent ensure a perfect deep cleaning with micro precision. Lubrafil offers this service for customers and generally combines this with servicing to the filter. In many cases customers have a spare filter cartridge or filter element that we can install as exchange set during servicing. The contaminated filter cartridges are then taken away for ultrasonic cleaning. We can also keep these cleaned cartridges in stock for the customer so that our service engineers can take these with them at the next service. This is another example of how we can manage your entire maintenance cycle.

BOLLFILTER: Simplex 1.12.2 – Duplex 2.05.5 en BFD

Simplex filters are the basis model of filter technology. They preform filtration tasks just as reliably as duplex filters or automatic filters. All filter elements with different filter materials can be installed. Duplex filters comprise two filter housings. One chamber of the filter is on duty whilst the other clean half is on standby. When the contamination level exceeds a preset tolerance level, the flow can be switched manually to the cleaned half of the filter without any pressure shock. The contaminated filter element is cleaned whilst the process continues. Available in a housing size DN25 to DN300 and in various filtering fineness’s from 0,5 to 5000 microns.

Custom solution for ultrafiltration At Aqua Nederland 2024 we proudly present our demo model for ultrafiltration with a newly developed ceramic membrane made of silicon carbide at the core. This innovative filtration system, built according to the compact crossflow principle, offers unparalleled performance and efficiency and is designed for water treatment and many other industrial applications. The system has a yield that is no less than two to three times higher than classic technology, has an automatic dirt discharge and can, if desired, be equipped with an automated CIP cleaning system for an extremely long service life. THE NEW FILTERTYPE BOLLFILTER 2.59.5

Stainless steel (1.4404) duplex filter specially developed for industrial water applications The filter is suitable for the filtration of all types of water and can be used in both suction and pressure lines. It reliably protects system components from dirt and blockages. The filter works continuously in operation, with one filter chamber remaining active while the second can be cleaned and will be available as a backup. This always ensures reliable filtration. The optionally available differential pressure indicator shows the degree of contamination of the filter element. This means that it is possible to detect in good time when cleaning or replacing the filter element is necessary – without interrupting the operating process. The 2.59.5 filter is the first filter to be equipped with the new digital nameplate. Each filter has a unique QR code that links the customer directly to the filter information on the "BLUEtwin" platform. Here the customer can find all relevant information about his specific product, at any time and always up to date.
