About us

Morselt Watertechniek BV has been active in wastewater treatment and water technology for both industry and government for over 35 years. We design, build, and deliver customized solutions for the purification of wastewater and process water, tailored to specific process and discharge requirements.

In addition to industrial applications, we also provide customized solutions for civil engineering works and water and infrastructure projects, including valves and water technology components for pumping stations, structures, and infrastructure applications.

We closely monitor technological developments in the market and develop our own purification techniques where necessary. We also represent a selection of renowned international partners in the Netherlands. This combination allows us to respond flexibly to changing regulations and customer-specific requirements.

Morselt RedBox Wastewater Treatment

The Morselt REDBOX is a compact, fully automated wastewater treatment system based on electrocoagulation. This proven, chemical-free technology enables efficient treatment of industrial wastewater with low operational costs and minimal residual streams. The REDBOX is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications and can be used for both wastewater and process water treatment. Technology: Electrocoagulation Electrocoagulation is an electrochemical treatment technique that uses electricity instead of chemicals. By means of iron and/or aluminium electrodes, dissolved and colloidal contaminants are bound into flocs. These flocs are then easily separated, leaving clear water. The technology is robust and fast, and capable of removing multiple contaminants in a single process step. Treated water can be reused or discharged at lower cost. Wheelwash Systems

Construction sites, sand dumps, and demolition sites inevitably generate pollution. Dirt that settles on vehicle tires and undercarriages can create an untidy appearance on public roads, lead to dangerous situations, environmental pollution, and even fines. With Morselts tire washing system, you tackle this problem at the source. The system automatically rinses wheels and undercarriages before vehicles leave the site. This ensures you comply with environmental regulations and keep the surrounding area safe and tidy. The system uses recycled rinse water, which is collected and filtered in an integrated sump. This closed system minimizes water consumption and makes the system exceptionally durable. Its robust design makes it suitable for intensive use and heavy traffic, such as trucks and dumpers.

Composite Manhole Covers

Morselt composite manhole covers offer a smart alternative to traditional cast iron or steel covers. They are up to 70% lighter, making them easier and safer to handle without lifting aids. Composite is completely corrosion-resistant and non-conductive, ideal for aggressive environments or for cable pits and electrical installations. Thanks to their low-maintenance nature and long lifespan, you'll save money and labor in the long run. The covers are available in various sizes and load classes (according to EN 124), with options for anti-slip, locking, and imprinting. All-in-one Container Unit RedBox Wastewatertreatment

The Morselt REDBOX container unit is a complete, preconfigured solution for industrial wastewater treatment based on electrocoagulation. All necessary process steps are integrated into one compact container, making the installation quickly deployable and with minimal impact on the existing infrastructure. Complete installation in one unit The container unit contains all essential components for a stable and automated purification process, including: -Electrocoagulation reactor(s), -Control and automation components, -pH and process regulation facilities, -Solid (sludge)/liquid separation -Optional connection for post-treatment. This makes the installation plug-and-play, with a short installation time and minimal structural adjustments on site. Aquachem Filterpresses

At Morselt Watertechniek, the combination of electrocoagulation and a filter press has been the standard for 35 years. We always choose the most effective method for dewatering the sludge flocs that emerge from our REDBOX. Starting in 2026, we'll take a significant step in this direction: we've become an official partner and dealer of the German company Aquachem. This choice is based on quality and reliability. We now fully embrace Aquachem's robust filtration technology. For our customers in the Benelux, this means short lines of communication, direct expertise, and access to the market leaders in solid-liquid separation. The strength lies in the combination. Our REDBOX purifies the water without chemicals, and Aquachem's filter presses then create a filter cake with maximum dry matter content. This ensures minimal disposal costs and allows for broader use of your water. But these filter presses also excel beyond our electrocoagulation systems. We also offer Aquachem's technology as a standalone solution for companies simply looking for the best way to dewater their sludge flows. This partnership underscores what we stand for at Morselt: proven technology that we continually improve. MSI Instortluiken

The MSI/HS-8 pour-in hatch is a robust and maintenance-free hatch for concrete pits and cellars. Thanks to its fixed mounting edge, the hatch is easily poured into prefabricated or poured structures. The cover is made of tearplate as standard, but can also be supplied in a tiled or coated version for a sleek, integrated finish. The hatches are manually opened using gas struts, but can optionally be equipped with hydraulic operation for heavier applications or additional ease of use. The MSI/HS-8 is available in various sizes and suitable for heavy-duty traffic (class B/D/F). A reliable solution for safe and accessible underground spaces.

This ensures a solution tailored to the specific conditions of the location. The stainless steel odor filter type OFAK is a robust and low-maintenance solution for long-term use. The filter features removable filter drawers in a fully sealable stainless steel housing, simplifying inspection and maintenance. The conical base with a DN 300 flange connection makes mounting on a flange or concrete deck simple and reliable.
