About us
RLC Roosterreiniger BV specializes in the manufacture of trash can cleaners. More than 20 years of experience make us your specialist for all situations: from a compact gripper arm cleaner to a headroom cleaner with a lifting capacity of up to 1500 kilos for the inflow of a pumping station.
For every inflow we have the solution with one of our different types of cleaners: portal cleaners for heavy work, compact cleaners that almost blend in with nature, up to the moving mid-range with rack and pinion drive, independently operating or integrated in your control system, whether or not Turn- Key delivered.
As dynamic as our products, we are constantly working on developments that lead to an even better cleaner, continuous positioning, frequency controlled movements and smart PLC applications in combination with a touch display. More than 200 pieces stand for augers, polder pumping stations, mills, in England and at power stations worldwide.
In addition to the new construction of cleaners, we provide maintenance for every type of cleaner of any manufacturer, complete overhauls and all additional construction work. Duck gates (stainless steel, galvanized to coated), walkways, civil works, refurbishing / supplying weirs and fish stairs. Fast delivery times, solution-oriented thinking during the realization and ready-made solutions are our daily fare. We are of course ISO 9001 and VCA ** certified; for continuous quality and safety. Since 2017 also NEN 1090 certified!

MIR-4 bovenloop roosterreiniger
Our MIR-4 installation. Available with a capacity of 500 to 1500 kg and with a wide variety of options.
MIR-2 roosterreiniger
Our MIR-2 installationis available in the HD (Heavy Duty) version with a capacity of 250 kg or the XD (Extra Duty) version with a maximum capacity of 500 kg. The MIR-2 can be delivered both stationary and driving. Equipped with a perfo container or a fish-friendly lattice container and available with various options, this cleaner is suitable for a large number of applications!
MIR-3 roosterreiniger
The MIR-3 installation is extremely suitable for inflows with very limited space and/or little dirt supply. Due to the compact design, the cleaner blends very well into the environment. In addition, this grid cleaner is characterized by simplicity and functionality, making this cleaner extremely suitable as an entry-level model, with the quality and reliability that RLC-Schlatter Cleaner is known for!
MIR-5 Roosterreiniger
The MIR-5 pneumatic installation is our most innovative screen cleaner to date. By using a pneumatic system, the cleaner is completely oil-free, making it the most durable grate cleaner in our range! Available with various options, and possibly built up from a standard MIR-4 grid cleaner, this cleaner is completely future-proof and the cleaner for water authorities and situations that consider environmental friendliness and sustainability important!
Revision and Maintenance
We carry out maintenance on all types of installations, of all manufacturers. From corrective maintenance or a service on location to periodic (preventive) maintenance or a total overhaul in our workshop, we like to think along with the possibilities! We have many parts of all makes and types in stock, so we are also happy to think along with you when it comes to supplying parts.
