CVP (Concrete Volute Pump)
The pump type CVP "Concrete Volute Pump" is a vertical dry pit pump, single stage with volute pump casing of pre-fabricated concrete material. The CVP have pull-out design rotor. The material of the metal pull-out unit depends on the pump liquid and is available in various materials. The CVP pump is used for intake stations, cooling water, flood control, drainage- and irrigation applications.

Rodelta EHT (elbow pump)
The pump type EHT a single stage, Axially split, Axial flow pump and is also known as a "elbow pump" at Rodelta. This design make use of the siphon principle saving energy and minimize valves in system. The pumps are used where low heads and high capacities are needed, mostly to bring polder water over a dike or dam.

Prefabricated Pump Stations – The Sustainable Standard for Pressure Boosting and Water Distribution
The drinking water sector faces significant challenges in ensuring the availability and reliability of water for the future. To meet these demands, Rodelta has developed an efficient, sustainable, and future-proof solution. The newly designed prefabricated concrete pump stations offer an innovative approach that combines standardization, quality, planning efficiency, and environmental benefits in a single, robust design. In this concept, the pump unit is fully integrated into a prefabricated concrete underground structure. The result is a compact, reliable, and low-maintenance system that is easily reproducible and can be quickly deployed across different locations. The prefabricated structure serves as a waterproof, durable, and robust housing, safely and efficiently accommodating all pumping equipment. Production under controlled factory conditions ensures consistent, high-quality construction, independent of weather conditions or local site challenges. This leads to shorter project timelines, reduced risk of errors, and increased operational reliability. Key Benefits: Rapid installation – from production to operational system in just a few days; Fully waterproof and durable design, ideal for groundwater-sensitive sites; Standardized design, easily scalable and suitable for stock production; Flexible configurations for different pump capacities, pipe entries, and access solutions; Use of geopolymer concrete – with up to 80% lower CO₂ emissions compared to traditional concrete; Faster permitting processes due to uniform design and predictable quality; Reduced workload for engineering teams thanks to modular standardization. This innovation brings together technical reliability, construction efficiency, and sustainability in a single integrated solution. Rodelta’s prefabricated pump stations thus set a future-proof standard for pressure boosting and water transport, designed for a circular and environmentally friendly water sector.

NS
The pump type NS is a vertical overhung, flexible coupled pump. The hydraulics comply with and exceed the hydraulic design parameters stated in EN733 (ISO 2858). These pumps are suitable of clean or slightly contaminated liquids. For heads above 45m at 1450rpm a number of sizes are available with a second stage, and include a diffuser to gently guide the flow from the first stage to the second. This design is available with bearing housing and spacer coupling.

LS (Drinkingwater pump)
The LS series of pumps are suitable for clean or slightly contaminated liquids. The compact construction and ability to position the suction and discharge connections in 45° steps from each other, offers flexible mounting when space is limited. The LS with bearing housing and flexible coupling, or spacer coupling variant offering top (back) pull out, this construction is suitable for temperatures up to 80°C

LSM pomp
The LSM series of pumps are suitable for clean or slightly contaminated liquids. The compact construction and ability to position the suction and discharge connections in 45° steps from each other, offers flexible mounting when space is limited. The LSM is a close coupled version also offering top pull out and is suitable for temperatures up to 80°C.
