About us
With more than 30 years of experience, Spirofil is the specialist in dewatering. The daily work includes the continuous operation of dewatering installations. We focus on machines such as belt sieve presses, dewatering tables or belt thickeners and chamber filter presses.
Spirofil distinguishes itself from other companies by being available to its customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Spirofil team assists in resolving malfunctions, provides advice for dewatering installations and carries out maintenance based on clear communication and direction, among other things. a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Because we use our own spiral belts in the maintenance and overhaul of dewatering installations, you as a customer are assured of a high-quality product.
You can also contact us for the delivery of second-hand installations, which are specifically delivered to the customer in our workshop, and we can also overhaul your existing installation. For both options, we provide a one-year warranty on this installation after it has left our workshop.
Quality and specialization are therefore an essential part within Spirofil. Methods to guarantee quality have been part of the entire business operations since its founding in 1992. The Spirofil team continuously contributes to setting up an (internal) quality system. As a result, we have been awarded a NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2015 and VCA certification by TÜV.

Maintenance and advice
Keeping customers' dewatering installations continuously operational is our daily work. Spirofil has many industrial, municipal and agricultural dewatering installations in regular maintenance. We focus on machines such as belt sieve presses, dewatering tables or belt thickeners and chamber filter presses. We are happy to advise customers on how to keep their installation in excellent condition and continuously operational. We also offer a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week service!
Renovation and optimization
Customers can contact us for the delivery of second-hand installations, which are specifically delivered to the customer in our workshop. We refurbish these second-hand installations, bringing the machines to new condition and implementing any upgrades and optimizations. For example, during a renovation, a mobile dewatering installation can be deployed to temporarily take over the work. Optimization of your installation can possibly be combined with a renovation, but can also be carried out separately.
Synthetic Spiral Belts
Spirofil's plastic spiral belts can be used for dewatering and drying, but also for transport in many industries. We can supply the right spiral belt for every suitable situation. Long experience in industrial fabrics and a constant focus on ecology have resulted in the development of a wide range of spiral belts for mechanical (sludge) dewatering from liquid to solid. We mainly use these types of belts in a sieve belt press and dewatering table or belt thickener.
Parts
We supply, install and maintain stock of plastic spiral belts, plastic woven belts and plastic cloths. We also supply and install metal mesh and plate belts for specific specialist drying processes We also keep common wearing parts in stock or can deliver them quickly for the most common belt filter presses, dewatering tables (belt thickeners or thickening tables) and chamber filter presses (or plate filter presses). By wearing parts we mean, among other things, scrapers, support strips, roller coverings, bearings, rubbers, etc. The filter cloth, or filter belt, is also a wearing part and has a decisive role in the separation process. In addition to wearing parts, we can also quickly supply common parts that are occasionally replaced and we can manufacture, repair or adjust parts in our own workshop. We also maintain a limited stock of specific common parts.
