With the ALL-OPTIFLOW® series, Allweiler has developed a pump that optimizes all hydraulic characteristics such as flow pattern, power absorption and distribution, and lubrication to ensure long service life and maximum efficiency. The powerful progressive cavity pump offers a wide range of benefits and can handle almost any fluid at pressures up to 6 bar (87 psi). It also easily handles fibrous and solid materials, making it an extremely versatile solution for a wide range of applications. Its flow rate is up to two times higher than conventional pumps, resulting in a significant increase in productivity. The ALL-OPTIFLOW® is available in both a very compact short block version and a pedestal version.

Re-conditioneren van delen

Re- conditioneren is in sommige situaties een goede oplossing. Zo zijn er mogelijkheden om inwendige oppervlakken van pompen en/of delen te voorzien van een coating. Hier kunnen meerdere redenen voor zijn. Zo is het rendement van een pomp te verbeteren door het toepassen ervan. Het oppervlak wordt een stuk gladder en daarmee verbeteren de hydraulische prestaties en het rendement. . Sulteq past zowel Epimed coating als ook ARC coating toe. . Ook kan het zijn dat het pomphuis oppervlak aan de binnenzijde erg ruw (en dun) geworden is door corrosie. Ook in deze gevallen kan een coating de oplossing bieden. . Ook onderdelen die niet meer voldoen aan de specificaties, omdat bijvoorbeeld passingmaten niet meer binnen de toleranties liggen, kunnen we re-conditioneren. . Betreffende vlakken worden dan voorzien van een laag (bijvoorbeeld hardchroom), waarna het wordt nabewerkt. . Als het om grotere hoeveelheden materiaal gaat, kan ook oplassen en nabewerken een oplossing zijn. De overweging re- conditioneren of nieuwe onderdelen toepassen wordt soms gemaakt op basis van kostprijs. . Vaak is echter levertijd belangrijk en wordt de beslissing op basis hiervan genomen. . Sulteq zal bij advisering altijd uitgaan van de specifieke situatie. De meest gunstige oplossing voor de klant op dat moment is dan leidend.
