About us
Van Houcke has been the exclusive importer of three-phase MEZ electric motors in Belgium for more than 70 years. This extensive experience ensures that we can serve our customers optimally.
Not only are we available 24/7, we are also known for our extensive after-sales service. In our spacious building in Jabbeke we have a very varied stock of engines, spare parts and supplies.
Thanks to our own repair service, we can respond quickly. In 2013 we launched our own brand of single-phase motors FCM Motors Europe. We thus provide an answer to the demand for high-quality single-phase motors at an interesting price point. These motors are available in all possible powers from 0.12 kW to 3 kW.
We are now active in 5 European countries and, in addition to Belgium, we also have our own branch in Great Britain. This makes us a strong player in Europe and gives us the necessary strength to invest in the future. All our products are also produced in Europe.
Van Houcke NV has a long history. Right from the start, we have distinguished ourselves with far-reaching expertise and service. We know that every customer has specific needs and applications. Adjusting engines to suit their use is an essential part of what we do. We focus on the unique technical specifications and build an engine that

Products
MEZ Execution
The high-quality, three-phase MEZ electric motors are available in all sizes from 63 to 355. These motors are available in voltages 230/400V and 400/690V (special voltage also possible on request) and have a power of 0.06 kW to 500 kW. Due to recent technological advances and new European guidelines, you can always obtain IE3 motors from us. We also have lE4 engines from 75 kW to 200 kW. In addition, you can also obtain lEl and lE2 engines according to the guidelines.
MEZ Specials
Van Houcke distinguishes itself by tailor-made modifications that can be applied internally to MEZ engines.
FCM motors
A number of years ago, we launched our own showpiece of single-phase and three-phase motors under the brand name FCM Motors Europe. They are excellent engines quality available in all possible powers from 0.12 kW to 3 kW and construction sizes from 63 to 100. There is a choice between AR = no-load starting (1 capacitor) and ASR = load starting (2 capacitors). The three-phase motors are in stock from BG63-BG200 in 2p & 4p.
