PUMA-1 Pump Control
PUMA Compatible with Scada Software systems: - Aquaview (Xylem Water Solutions BV) - i-View (REMONDIS smart infra BV) - CARS (YP-your Partner BV) This versatile and compact (23cm wide) controller can control 1 pump up to 12A (5.5 kW) both 1-phase and 3-phase pumps and can be equipped with various communication options. Optionally, communication is possible via the internal LTE-m 4G or NB-IoT modem of the PUMA pump controller. The communication PCB module is designed for easy replacement and supports future IoT requirements. The user-friendly interface and visualization ensure seamless daily operation. The PUMA is equipped with a 2.4 inch OLED display on the front and four user-friendly control buttons. Unique features of the PUMA pump controller: 1. Validated flow calculation, which accurately determines the actual capacity of the pump. 2. Inlet flow calculation, which displays the inlet profile to the pumping station. 3. Unique flow measurement on all three phases and phase sequence detection. 4. Specialized functions for calculating discharge during heavy rainfall, daily short-term start-up (for extended periods of inactivity), daily full sump pumping, pipe flushing, and variable start-up level. 5. Built-in power bank, eliminating the need for an external battery backup in the event of a power outage.

PUMA-TWIN Pump Control Unit
Operates two pumps up to 12A (5.5KW) This device is a versatile and compact 2-pumps (32cm in width) controller equipped with communication capabilities. It has the ability to operate 3-phase pumps (400V), handling currents of up to 12A (5.5KW) each pump. Communication option with internal LTE-m 4G or NB-IoT modem PUMA TWIN Pump Control. The internal communication PCB-module is designed with easy replacement capabilities to support future IoT requirements. Easy user interface and visualization Facilitating seamless daily operation, PUMA TWIN is equipped with a 2.4″ OLED display on the front and 4 user-friendly control buttons. SPIDER-4G SMART 1-4 PUMP MANAGEMENT
SPIDER – Pump Controller with new possibilities A universal pump controller, with multiple applications. Spider controls several pumps with alternating operation, wiht only one float switch connected. On the same float switch is the option of high level alarm, or defect pump contol. Of Course Spider can also be connected to a standard pressure transmitter or ultrasoundlevel measurer with optional measuring range. Upon the connection of a pressure transmitter, Spider can perform a valid Pump Flow measurement like never before seen. Based on this functionality the necessity of pump service can be predicted. SPIDER is available as standard with multi protocol, which autodetects whether communication with Modbus or Comli exists through the SRO system. SPIDER has a built in power bank, which leaves no need for an external battery backup at power outage. CaNaRy H2S Hydrogen Sulfide output 4-20mA
CaNaRy is a unique sulfur hydrogen meter. CaNaRy is designed for installation in pumping stations and other sewage related applications. CaNaRy is a Danish developed and produced product, and comply with all specifications for electronics components, for installation in harsh environments. CaNaRy Functions: CaNaRy measures hydrogen sulphide content in gaseous form with a measuring range from 0-300ppm and converts this into a standard 4-20mA signal. The measuring cell is calibrated from the factory and do not need calibration again throughout the entire lifetime of the cell. Whilst the CaNaRy is designed to be highly specific to the gas they are intended to measure, they will still respond to some degree to various other gases. Be aware that exposure to other gasses, can have a negative effect on the CaNaRy’s lifetime expectancy

FROG Floatswitch NO/NC contact
FROG is a standard float switch with a microswitch for either Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC) signal. FROG comes in 2 versions with either 10m or 20m fixed-mounted, highly flexible cable. Suspension brackets are included in both versions. Applications FROG is designed as a high-water alarm in pumping stations, low-water alarms in clean water tanks, as water on floor alarms and as primary controller for pumps and many other applications.

GEKKO 4G or IoT Datalogger Battery and 12-30Vdc powered
GEKKO datalogger has a robust industrial design. GEKKO can be powered by 2 lithium batteries or an external 12-30V DC power supply. GEKKO is a Danish developed and produced product, and comply with all specifications for electronics components, for installation in harsh environments. GEKKO is designed for use in waste water and water supply applications and can, by means of external equipment, be used for H2S detection, level measurement, overflow recordings and the recording of rainfall events. GEKKO can communicate via standard MODBUS TCP/IP, SMS commands or SigFox IOT protocol. Communication is via the built-in 4G or SigFox modem on its own PCB board. This allows for upgrading the communication platform to future communication forms without replacing the entire datalogger. GEKKO has a USB interface for programming and downloading of data. GEKKO can gather and log various types of data.

ACOWA CORE/DASH Portal
AcowaCore is a data processing program that can communicate directly with both FIREFLY and GEKKO units, as well as convert existing historical data from the user's own SRO system and translate these into valid flow calculations on all pump stations and overflow structures. These valid flow calculations can then provide the user with the following: Capacity calculations at all existing pump stations with historical data Inlet profiles at all existing pump stations with historical data Bullseye service module which provides a more dedicated pump service scheme Overflow calculations at all existing pump stations and overflow buildings with historical data Unauthorized water detection at existing pump stations with historical data, both direct and indirect diversion. AcowaDash AcowaDash is a visualization platform for AcowaCore. AcowaDash enables a custom interface that is intuitive and easily understandable and it collects all information about all pump wells, both capacity calculations and inlet flow, precipitation data, sulfur hydrogen information and overflow events, as well as calculations and visualizes them on a custom design.
FireFLy IoT Communication Small Pump stations
FIREFLY is designed in a robust industrial design. FIREFLY can be supplied with 2 lithium AA batteries, with an expected lifetime of at least 5 years FIREFLY is a Danish developed and produced product, and comply with all specifications for electronics components, for installation in harsh environments. Applications: FIREFLY is designed for use as a simple alarm unit, according to the term “The local red alarm lamp has become intelligent” FIREFLY is a battery-powered intelligent alarm device that can replace the existing red alarm lamp, which means, pump and high-water alarms are sent directly to the SRO system via the use of Sigfox communication. With the the help af an external power coil, it can also detect the number of starts and operating time for the pump.
