About us
Water IQ International develops innovative technologies for tackling complex and persistent contaminants in water and wastewater.
With Catalytic Diamond, a broad spectrum of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs), including aromatic and phenolic compounds, can be completely degraded. The technology is already being applied to treat wastewater from oil terminals. In addition, pilot-scale testing has demonstrated PFAS and Freon degradation using contaminated groundwater, highlighting the potential of Catalytic Diamond for treating some of the most persistent contaminants in water.
Water IQ International also offers solutions for nutrient-rich wastewater containing nitrogen and phosphorus. By treating wastewater decentrally, emissions can be reduced at the source, while contributing to the objectives of the EU Water Framework Directive (WFD).
