WEG Permanent Magnet Motors
W22 Magnet motors are synchronous motors with permanent high performance magnets inside their rotor resulting in differentiated characteristics. The W22 Magnet Line offers IE5 Ultra Premium performance, wide range of torque with constant torque without the need for forced ventilation and higher lifespan. WEG technology provides greater efficiency, quality and saving for the industry.
W22 IE3, IE4 and IE5 Asynchronous motors
The WEG W22 motor line is the go-to standard for the water and waste water industry. WEG was the first global supplier with a complete line of IE2; IE3 AND IE4 Asynchronous motors which are, as of 2021 also available in IE5! The W22 motors is used in a wide variety of applications like Pumps, Blowers, Aerators, Screw pumps and many others. WEG Gearboxes and Geared motors
G20 is the first geared motor range to be completely developed in-house at WEG. It comprises helical, parallel shaft and helical bevel gear units with torques between 50 and 18,000 Nm. These two-stage units excel with their large ratio range, as well as being exceptionally efficient thanks to the sophisticated design. The light, yet robust, aluminium housing of the gear units in the WG20 range provide a highly versatile and reliable product, with a wide range of possible applications.
W23 Sync+
A hybrid motor technology that combines the best technical characteristics of permanent magnet (PM) and synchronous reluctance (SynRM) motors, and will provide higher efficiencies at all speeds than induction motors. The W23 Sync+ technology, which will be available in IE5 and IE6 efficiencies. “It will shake up the industry”.
