Wioniq Benelux (formerly Inter Act) has been active in the Netherlands since 1989 as an automation specialist for industrial processes and the wastewater industry.
Since 2000, we have focused on web- and cloud-based telemetry solutions with our TeleControlNet main station. Together the H2gO main station, which is part of Wioniq Benelux since 2024, we connect all components in the sewer system, regardless of location, type, brand, or supplier.
Our monitoring and control systems provide real-time information, enabling managers to continuously make the most efficient decisions and implement them automatically.

TeleControlNet
The TeleControlNet Main Station offers (industrial) IoT functionality such as WEBscada, Maintenance Management, WEB GIS and BIG data analyses for remote installations. Using smart TeleController modems (Edge controllers), all brands of PLCs, measuring equipment, etc. are connected. Users can remotely monitor and operate their installations via the cloud in their own TeleControlNet domain. In addition, all collected data is stored and processed in effective and understandable operator and management reporting. TeleControlNet is offered as SaaS and is based on 15 years of experience in industrial automation. The proven technology is not only used in sewage, drinking and surface water applications, but also for smart cities and smart infrastructure.

H2GO hoofdpost
Using the H2gO master station, we connect all components in the sewer system, regardless of location, type, brand, or supplier. The monitoring and control systems provide real-time information, enabling managers to continuously make the most efficient decisions and implement them automatically.

Edge Controller Lite | EC315 (TC315)
Features: Enables medium-sized PLC controllers for remote monitoring and control (IoT/WEBscada). Local storage of large amounts of measurement data with periodic transmission to TeleControlNet. Real-time alarm processing to TeleControlNet, including SMS and/or email to the user. Ethernet or RS232 communication with the PLC without modifying the PLC software.

EC215 (JAZZmin)
The JAZZmin pumping station computer is an ideal solution for single and double pumping stations. The unique combination of an OPLC (PLC including display and keyboard) and a generic computer platform (with built-in 4G modem) makes it extremely suitable for M2M communication with the TeleControlNet and H2gO main stations.

Smart signaling light
The well-known red indicator on sewer cabinets in rural areas has been made smart by Inter Act. Thanks to the addition of a small processor, the indicator gets extra functions such as logging the pump control (on/off/number of switchings), high-water switch and thermal protection. The logged data is communicated to the TeleControlNet main station at fixed intervals, but when an alarm is activated, it's status is immediately reported to the main station. The pump times and the number of switchings are valuable information for predictive maintenance. Based on the total running time and change in switching behaviour, it’s possible to carry out preventive and predictive maintenance.

IoT Level Sensor | IM235
Features: This 3-in-1 device measures the (water) level, stores the data locally, and sends it to TeleControlNet at predefined intervals. All data is stored in TeleControlNet for monitoring and historical data analysis. The battery-powered IoT Level Sensor has proven to be competitive in price and performance. Alarm limits are adjustable, and TeleControlNet provides alarm handling via SMS or email. Typical applications include monitoring water infiltration/buffering, surface water, overflow detection, IBC level monitoring, etc.

IOT Multilogger | IM915
Versatile IoT logger for logging and monitoring water level and surface water quality. Are you looking for level measurement or water quality monitoring, for example, of surface water? Then the IoT Multi-Logger is the right product for you. The unit is specifically designed to communicate with sensors from various vendors and sends the measurement data to a secure domain within the Wioniq IQ SaaS platform for advanced WEBscada and WEBmes applications. Communication between the sensor and the IM915 is based on the Modbus RTU protocol with RS485 transmission. This allows easy access to sensors for water level, oxygen, temperature, turbidity, conductivity, pH, redox, moisture, etc. The battery-powered unit activates the sensor at adjustable intervals, receives the measurement data, and stores it in its memory. To optimize battery life (up to 5 years), the data is sent to the server once a day. Within the Wioniq IQ platform, measurement data is presented in a process view, and alarms are sent if the measurement exceeds a certain threshold. Applications: Remote water level and water quality monitoring for municipalities and water boards.

IoT controller
The IoT controller is a mini sized and low power TeleController in a series of Remote Terminal Units (RTU) that Inter Act has developed for telemetry over internet. The IoT controller can be connected to a private and secured (remote) SCADA domain in TeleControlNet. TeleControlNet.nl is a Software as a Service (SaaS) for WEBscada applications. The IoT controller is an integration of a generic computing platform with in- and outputs, and an onboard LoRa radio module for (wireless) data communication.

Edge Controllers
TeleControllers (edge controllers) are intelligent modems, or Remote Terminal Units, that can connect almost any remote device to a central server, such as: PLC controls, sensors & measuring devices, external databases, etc. TeleControllers are connected to third-party control systems without having to change existing programs or configurations. Measurement data is stored on the TeleControllers with small log intervals. With the edge computing intelligence of the TeleController, in-line data validation and data processing is performed. Due to these special properties of the TeleController, we have been providing our customers with BIG data of high quality for years. Analysts and scientists use this data to make processes more efficient and sustainable.
