Xylem optimyze™ Condition Monitoring
The optimyze™ modular condition monitoring solution provides health guidance and predictive maintenance advice for rotating and fixed assets such as pumps and motors. It periodically monitors system vibration and temperature and allows everyday users to access simple-to-use monitoring tools from iOS or Android mobile devices. Using predictive analysis, optimyze identifies potential problems with your equipment before they occur, to help you manage system reliability and maintenance. Information is monitored, collected, stored and analyzed in the optimyze sensor. This allows you to understand the current health and historical trends of your assets, create maintenance reminders and generate detailed reports. As a result, you can perform preventative maintenance before issues become critical to uptime.

Submersible Dewatering Pumps Lowara DOC
Submersible pumps for drainage, infiltration water and emptying of pools, ponds, tanks and reservoirs. The DOC pump is mainly made of stainless steel and the motor has thermal overload protection which makes the DOC versatile, corrosion-resistant and compact. The single phase version has built in capacitor, level regulation and cable with a plug which enables fully automatic operation. A shallow suction device is available enabling an almost complete drainage of flooded floors (down to 3 mm). Three basic versions are available: - DOC with open impeller - DOC VX with vortex impeller giving 20 mm free passage for dirty water with solids - DOC GW with non-clogging magnetic float switch system for confined spaces

Designed to be configured a multitude of ways, the Lowara e-MP has applications limited only by your imagination.

End Suction Centrifugal Pumps Lowara e-NSC
The Lowara e-NSC end suction pumps combine high efficiency with high flexibility regarding installation, material options and temperature. This makes the e-NSC the natural choice for commercial building services applications, but also for water transport, hydronic heating and chiller systems, fire protection systems and a vast number of industrial applications. New designed high efficiency hydraulics well exceeding the ErP2015 level and IE3/IE4 motors set the basis for very low operation costs. To optimize the operation costs further, the e-NSC can be equipped with hydrovar® X or with an HVL surpassing the highest IES class – IES2, defined according to the international standard IEC 61800-9-2. Robust design, different bearing frame sizes and stainless steel replaceable wear rings ensure a long service life. The e-NSC is also designed for easy maintenance and all service points are easy reachable to reduce downtime. The e-NSC is the right solution for 1000’s of liquids. Materials options spans from cast iron to duplex stainless steel and different mechanical face seal options. The e-NSC end suction pumps come in the following configurations: - NSC, NSCF, NSCC: bare shaft or frame mounted version with motor and flexible coupling - NSCS: Stub shaft - NSCE: Close coupled for compact footprint - NSC..X: variable speed pump with hydrovar® X, a fully integrated variable speed solution (IES2) with assisted reluctance high efficient IE5 motor with built-in intelligence and communication (3kW to 22kW)

Variable Speed Pressure Booster Sets Lowara GHV hydrovar® X
The GHV hydrovar® X series booster sets are fully automatic variable speed solutions for water supply, water pressure increase and water transfer in condominiums, office buildings, hotels, public buildings, industries and other applications. The GHV hydrovar® X series enhances the reliability and energy-saving performance with first-class pump management that optimises efficiency, connectivity and sustainability. The GHV series is equipped with 1 to 8 vertical multistage e-SV pumps, each fitted with a hydrovar variable frequency drive independently controlled for the maximum reliability. Thanks to its unique compact design, the GHV series makes installation possible even in tight spaces. The GHV series is easy to program, designed for maximum energy efficiency and can communicate with a BMS system via Modbus or BACnet. The GHV series is certified for use with potable water.

Vertical Multistage Pumps Lowara e-SV
The Lowara e-SV vertical multistage pump is a highly reliable and technologically advanced multipurpose pump. It’s capable of satisfying the needs of a wide variety of users and many different construction designs are available. The e-SV range feature models in eleven sizes with 1-3-5-10-15-22-33-46-66-92-125 m³/h nominal capacities. Design features: - Balanced mechanical seal replaceable without need for pump disassembling (for 10-15-22SV>=5,5kW, 33-46-66-92-125SV) - “O” Ring seat design to allow for simple outer sleeve disassembly - Floating for self alignment replaceable diffuser wear ring (PPS Glass filled technopolymer to withstand chemically corrosive, mechanically aggressive and high temperature liquids) - Reduced impeller axial thrust for longer standard motor bearing life - Hard Material Intermediate bush bearing (Tungsten Carbide/Silicon Carbide) to improve life and ability to withstand heavy duty applications, like boiler feeding - High temperature seal option (180°C max) with low NPSH design, high pressure design (up to 40 Bar), and passivated & electro-polished versions are available upon request. Further unique features of the e-SV include the integration of performance diagnostic devices such as the optimyze modular monitoring solution and Dry Run sensor. The optimyze™ and the Dry Run sensor are available as an accessory for all models. The e-SV is certified by WRAS, ACS and D.M. 174 for use with potable water.

Lowara hydrovar® X+ Smart Controller
The hydrovar® X+ Smart Controller is designed to extend the proven performance, interface, and advanced control functions of the hydrovar® X+ to higher power applications on standard drives. Engineered for compatibility, it works seamlessly with any standard frequency converter, supporting a broad range of power and voltage levels. This provides unmatched flexibility to integrate effortlessly into both new and existing systems, while offering intelligent controls and algorithms that ensure energy efficiency and resilient performance. With inbuilt intelligence, the controller can reliably manage up to 8 drives in cascaded multipump systems, ensuring high system reliability and reducing the risk of downtime. Connectivity is at the core of its design. With support for Modbus RTU, BACnet MS/TP, and Bluetooth, the controller ensures smooth communication with building management systems, effortless mobile app connectivity, and flexible installation options, making it equally ideal for new projects and retrofits.
