As a Corporate Lawyer, you are the first point of contact for legal questions within Oasen. You collaborate on various projects and files where your knowledge of environmental law makes a difference. You advise colleagues, review documents and contracts, and help identify risks early on. This ensures that everything proceeds in a watertight, clear, and compliant manner, while allowing you to continue developing yourself in a dynamic, practice-oriented environment.
Furthermore, you will work on:
- Advising on legal issues, with a particular focus on environmental law; knowledge of construction law is a nice bonus;
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents, ensuring collaboration with external parties is watertight and clear;
- Identifying and assessing legal risks and legislation, and advising colleagues about them to ensure Oasen remains compliant;
- Supporting internal teams on legal aspects of projects, tenders, and permit processes;
- Staying up-to-date in your field: following new laws, case law, and trends to keep advice always current and sharp.
