
Customer Ops Engineer (Asset Monitoring Platform / IoT)
What will you be doing?
Configuring and managing platform environments for new and existing customers.
Integrating new IoT devices for new customers and use cases in consultation with IoT partners.
Providing support with hardware configuration and production runs (together with hardware engineers).
Managing suppliers and production planning for hardware components
Checking defective IoT devices
Handling customer questions and providing fast, solution-oriented support
Automating common support questions and processes
Giving demos to customers, together with the business development (BD) team
Maintaining and expanding user documentation via docs.withthegrid.com
Assisting with tender documentation, in collaboration with the Business Development team
Providing input to the development team on customer requirements and new features
Actively contributing to product management and the strategic roadmap of the AMP team
