Internal Sales Coordinator (Export) BBA Pumps
Your responsibilities:
Coordinating and managing the office team to ensure smooth handling of customer queries and orders;
Streamlining and monitoring the flow of orders and information between various international entities;
Standardizing work processes and monitoring uniform working methods;
Acting as a point of contact for internal departments and external customers;
Supporting the field service with technical, commercial, and administrative tasks;
Administratively recording workflows and orders in CRM and ERP;
Identifying and resolving bottlenecks within the order process;
Actively contributing to the optimization of work processes with the aim of maximum customer satisfaction;
Contacting and supporting customers and partners worldwide;
Ensuring efficient communication and cooperation with the field service;
Reporting to the Commercial Manager.

As an ambassador of Distrimex, you resolve malfunctions, carry out maintenance and/or overhauls, carry out inspections and identify optimization opportunities in pump systems for our customers. Every day you go out with a well-equipped service vehicle. You are able to perform a good analysis on location to prevent recurrence of a malfunction in the future. In addition, you have good communication skills and are able to act for a customer both technically and commercially. The customer base includes food producers, wastewater processing, potato processing, concrete industry, light chemicals.
QHSE Manager
As QHSE Manager, you will take on an exciting challenge at an internationally operating Dutch family business. You will be responsible for our management system, provide guidance to local QHSE employees, and, as a policy maker, work with management to ensure that our management system functions optimally. You will work on strategic/tactical issues and ensure that practical issues are dealt with quickly. You will immerse yourself in local laws and regulations in order to advise on the right policy and provide support for its operational implementation.
