Lead engineer

What will you be doing? As Lead Engineer, you will be the technical driving force behind our projects. You will monitor technical quality, manage engineers, and ensure that designs are not only innovative but also practically feasible. You will be the link between engineering, implementation, and project management and will play a key role in realizing integrated systems. Your responsibilities will include: • Technically directing, supervising, and coordinating multidisciplinary projects. • You will also contribute significantly to the engineering of projects. • Translating customer requests, specifications, and quotes into integrated technical solutions. • Coordinating technical issues with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. • Identifying risks and initiating improvements. • Supporting work preparation and implementation with technical expertise. What do we require of you? • Bachelor's degree, preferably Mechanical Engineering. • Experience as an engineer on mechanical engineering projects. • Demonstrable experience coordinating or managing engineering activities. • Experience with 3D design software such as Inventor or similar. • Technical insight, accuracy, and a solution-oriented approach. • Availability of 32 - 40 hours per week.
