Maintenance Coordinator Security
As a Maintenance Coordinator for Physical Security Installations, you get the opportunity to truly make a difference every day. You ensure that our security installations function reliably and that our (vital) assets remain optimally protected. You are responsible for carrying out maintenance and associated projects on time and correctly.
Furthermore, you will work on:
- Drafting and executing management plans, ensuring the correct application of standards and other prerequisites;
- Managing contracted parties and contract administration: you set up SLAs, partly determine the procurement strategy, prepare technical documentation, manage (maintenance) contracts, monitor KPIs, and advise on improvement opportunities;
- Supervising execution and ensuring the correct delivery of all components of the integrated physical security, according to design;
- Keeping up with developments in maintenance techniques and technical standards. You share this knowledge, provide support, and advise on policies regarding maintenance, replacements, and modifications.
