Procurement and Tendering Advisor
As a Purchasing and Tendering Advisor at Oasen, you'll work with an annual procurement budget of approximately €50 million for services, supplies, and works. You'll lead tendering processes, determine the best procurement process, and ensure the best price-quality ratio. You'll work on supplies, services, and infrastructure projects, such as the construction of pumping stations and drinking water pipelines.
What else will you do?
- Developing procurement strategies and contributing to supplier selection and selection criteria;
- Sending out RFPs, evaluating received quotes, and advising internal clients on these;
- Negotiating contracting and drafting contracts;
- Responsible for developing and managing purchasing account plans;
- Supporting internal clients in developing product specifications;
- Managing contracts throughout their entire lifecycle and ensuring compliance;
- Performing supplier evaluations and supporting internal and external audits;
- Conducting market research to gather and utilize relevant market and supplier information.
