Product Engineer

Your impact

In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine your technical expertise and coaching skills. As our Product Engineer, you will work closely with a team of technicians with the aim of providing our customers with the best products and thereby contributing to the growth of Efcon Water. In addition to supervising the team, you will also monitor the production process of our products.

You will have the freedom to shape this position yourself and can count on the stability of a large organisation in the background. You will not only contribute to the technical development of our products, but also to the growth and development of Efcon Water B.V.

Some of your responsibilities will include

- Guiding a team of technicians;
- Developing and monitoring the production process;
- Setting up compliance strategies and drawing up Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
- Collaborating with marketing and contributing to product innovation.

This is you

- Higher professional education (HBO) degree in Electrical Engineering, or relevant work experience;
- Experience in leadership and knowledge of Electrical Engineering;
- Experience with programming PLC controllers;
- Familiarity with Research & Development;
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
