Project Coordinator (40 hours)
What are your main tasks as Project Coordinator?
You play a key role in the preparation and organisation of a project.
You draw up the work budget and monitor it throughout the duration of the project.
You draw up the schedules, purchase orders and payment and instalment schedules.
You prepare the procurement process.
You assess your suppliers and ensure that all (financial) data and the handling of your project(s) are correct.
You calculate the additional and reduced work and check, register and distribute all documents related to the project.
You will work together with your project manager and also seek cooperation with your colleagues outside the company.
What do we require?
You have at least a level 4 MBO degree in Civil Engineering. The work requires an HBO level of working and thinking;
You have knowledge of and preferably experience with both RAW and UAV-gc projects;
You are stable and reliable towards clients and colleagues and you are active in the execution of your own work. You prefer to work in a somewhat chaotic environment, because you are the one who can maintain an excellent overview and bring line and structure;
Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch.
