Project Manager Electrical Engineering – Industry Water

Where will you work?

Your base location is our head office in Druten. Here, you will work alongside approximately 300 dedicated colleagues within our family-owned company. The atmosphere is both informal and professional, with short lines of communication, quick decision-making, and direct access to management and colleagues. You will regularly visit project sites. You will be part of the Industry team with a specialization in Water, working with around 10 colleagues. You report to management and coordinate progress and project results.

Who are you?

You have completed a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a vocational (MBO) diploma in Electrical Engineering supplemented with relevant courses and training. You have developed strong technical expertise and are confident in your electrical engineering knowledge. You are able to oversee complex projects and are accustomed to taking responsibility for planning, budget, quality, and safety. You think in solutions, identify bottlenecks at an early stage, and act independently when necessary. You easily switch between different disciplines and bring structure to challenging projects. You communicate clearly with colleagues and clients and effectively align technical aspects with collaboration. You work accurately, make sound decisions, and maintain oversight until the project is successfully completed.
