Projectleider Nieuwbouw en Renovatie
What will you be doing? You will manage new construction and renovation projects within water technology, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. You will monitor the schedule, budget, quality, and contractual agreements, and identify risks and opportunities within projects in a timely manner. You will also be regularly present at project sites to monitor progress and ensure clear communication and thorough handover to all stakeholders. What do you bring to the table? You have a higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering. You have three to five years of relevant work experience and possess strong organizational and communication skills. You can handle dynamics and responsibility well and enjoy collaborating with various parties. You are practical, decisive, and maintain an overview, even under increased pressure. What do you get at Mous Waterbeheer? You will receive a gross salary indication of €3,500 to €4,500 per month, with a suitable salary based on your work experience and background. You'll also receive a permanent contract immediately, work 32 to 40 hours per week, and have 38 days off with a full-time contract. We'll also provide a company car (also for personal use), a laptop, and a phone, and you'll accrue pension through PMT (Personal Management).
