Projectmanager Drinking Water (distribution)
As a project manager, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of projects in our distribution network. These include complex projects such as new construction or replacement of transport pipelines, modifications to or installation of complex pipeline networks around a production site or on our extraction fields. You will be responsible from the initial phase through to completion and commissioning of the work. You will own the project and manage the GOKITR management aspects (money, organization, quality, information, time, and risks).
You will also be responsible for:
- During the initial phase, you will be a valuable discussion partner for your colleagues in the asset management team (your internal client) and the operations team (the users). This will lead to a feasible and achievable project assignment;
- Once the assignment is awarded, you will own the project and be responsible for its design, implementation, and commissioning. All this will be done in accordance with the project-based approach. You will determine the most effective approach for the project yourself;
- You will assemble project teams yourself, in coordination with the relevant departments within Oasen, or you will bring in external partners. You will then lead these teams, maintain oversight, and manage results.
- You will conduct effective stakeholder management within your projects, both internally and externally, and prepare monthly reports on your projects.
