Sales Engineer Archimedes Screw Pumps
What will you be doing? Interpreting customer data (flow rate, head, medium, installation, environment). Technically selecting and configuring project-specific screw pumps. Making technical decisions in the preliminary phase (dimensions, design, preconditions). Preparing technically sound quotes and cost price calculations. Analyzing tenders and customer specifications. Identifying and explicitly identifying technical and project risks for sales. Coordinating with internal departments regarding feasibility and feasibility. Documenting technical principles and assumptions for project handover. You will work from the inside sales department. You will monitor the technical scope and cost price; the salesperson is responsible for margins and sales price. What do we require? A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in a technical field. Several years of experience in a technical, project-based environment (e.g., Sales Engineering, work preparation, engineering, or calculation). Affinity with mechanical systems, stainless steel structures, and custom work. Strong analytical skills: you can interpret customer data and translate it into technical decisions. You are confident in identifying risks and assumptions for sales. Excellent command of Dutch and English. International experience and working with agents are considered a plus. What do we offer?
