As a Senior Maintenance Coordinator in Mechanical Engineering, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of our complex drinking water production facilities. You will ensure that everything continues to function optimally. In this dynamic role, you will be assessing the impact of changing laws and regulations on our working methods and facilities one moment, and resolving (or having an urgent) problem the next.
You will also be involved in:
- Developing and implementing maintenance plans, ensuring the correct application of standards and other preconditions;
- Managing contracted parties and managing (maintenance) contracts, including quality, costs, and progress;
- Overseeing the implementation, delivery, and transfer of installations and documentation;
- Carrying out monodisciplinary projects yourself and contributing to colleagues' multidisciplinary projects;
- Coaching and training colleagues in technology and systems, thereby sharing knowledge and skills;
- Developing and sharing knowledge within your field, advising on maintenance policies and improvements.
