Technical Customer Service Employee

As a Technical Customer Service Employee, you are the first point of contact for our customers regarding technical questions. They can contact you by phone with questions about leaks, disruptions in water supply, technical questions and connection requests, but also when it comes to a complaint. Whatever the question or complaint, you address everyone in a customer-oriented manner. At Oasen, we find it important that our customers are more than satisfied with our services. To continue ensuring this, our services are continuously being professionalized with systems and training.

Furthermore, you will be working on:
- Answering technical questions via email;
- Scheduling complaint technicians;
- Requesting and scheduling water samples;
- Providing administrative support to the Water Supply Operators and inspectors;
- Preparing various reports.
