Efficient iTURBO®-Blower
INVENT iTURBO®-Blower: Tailored Solution for Maximum Performance
Bottom mounted aeration systems are ubiquitous in modern wastewater treatment plants. Essential for these aeration systems is a supply of compressed air to introduce air beneath the water surface. For this reason, INVENT has expanded its portfolio with the highly efficient iTURBO®-Blower to provide an optimal addition to various aeration systems.
Powered by a high-speed PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) with an efficiency of up to 98 percent and frictionless high-performance air bearings, the iTURBO®-Blower operates with an integrated Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). This not only drives the motor but also monitors the torque, power, and speed delivered to the motor, ensuring reliable and low-maintenance operation. The compact and lightweight design of the iTURBO®-Blower also allows for easy installation and features an integrated, low-noise design with motor, turbo impeller, VFD, and control system in a single compact unit. The blower only requires regular replacement of air filters as maintenance work. The interplay of these features can lead to a reduction in operating costs of up to 30% compared to conventional blowers. Furthermore, it features a user-friendly HD touchscreen HMI.
State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Technology
For the production of the iTURBO®-Blower, INVENT has implemented modern manufacturing techniques that allow the blower to be tailored to the specific requirements of a wastewater treatment plant. This technology optimizes energy consumption and perfectly adjusts the operating range to the respective application...
