Lubrafil, member of Bollgroup

Lubrafil Filtration B.V. has become a 100% subsidiary of Boll & Kirch Filterbau GmbH. This change comes after 24 years of close cooperation between the two companies. For BOLL & KIRCH this move further enhances their ability to provide high quality filtration products and services to its customers by thinking globally and acting locally. This acquisition enables Lubrafil Filtration to further benefit from BOLL GROUP's extensive knowledge and resources, and allow us to further strengthen our market position and to offer our customers an even broader package.

The recent membership in the BOLL GROUP is reflected in Lubrafil´s new logo. The new logo features the BOLL GROUP name and highlights Lubrafil's role as a member of the BOLL family of companies.
