      The company has decided to update its main product by adding three innovative principles: two are technical and one is commercial. All aluminium components are die casted (from size 28 to size 70) to increase resistance to torsional and structure flexibility. ZI teething profile (section and involute) has been adopted to increase efficiency and silentness. Finally, a modular attachable output flange (FL) has been adopted to increase flexibility. New ideas to approach a bigger market together: first, since 1987, with the patent of the torque limiter built inside our standard gearbox.

      The Rain Gauge measures the amount of rain, snow or hail that falls on the ground. It functions as a “tipping bucket”: the water passes through the funnel and is collected by a calibrated bucket. After a pre-set amount of precipitation, the bucket tips over, and automatically sends a signal to an external data acquisition system. The design of the rain gauge prevents rain from splashing in and out, as recommended by the World Meteorological Organization. A protection filter prevents leaves from falling inside the collector. The shape and size of the filter are designed to reduce possible clogging. The optional heating system makes sure snow or hail can be measured as well, while preventing evaporation of the water.

      RC200 range compact pneumatic actuators for quarter-turn valves feature a modern scotch-yoke mechanism that provides high start- and end-torque output in a very compact package. Available in both double-acting and spring-return configurations with an optional integral manual override. RC200 actuators have the lowest weight and the smallest external dimensions of any actuator with an equivalent torque output. This yields a compact and light yet robust valve/actuator package, particularly when a manual override solution is required. Another benefit is that they have less stroke volume than comparable rack and pinion actuators, providing a significant saving in the use of compressed air.

Het oppervlak wordt een stuk gladder en daarmee verbeteren de hydraulische prestaties en het rendement. . Sulteq past zowel Epimed coating als ook ARC coating toe. . Ook kan het zijn dat het pomphuis oppervlak aan de binnenzijde erg ruw (en dun) geworden is door corrosie. Ook in deze gevallen kan een coating de oplossing bieden. . Ook onderdelen die niet meer voldoen aan de specificaties, omdat bijvoorbeeld passingmaten niet meer binnen de toleranties liggen, kunnen we re-conditioneren. . Betreffende vlakken worden dan voorzien van een laag (bijvoorbeeld hardchroom), waarna het wordt nabewerkt. . Als het om grotere hoeveelheden materiaal gaat, kan ook oplassen en nabewerken een oplossing zijn. De overweging re- conditioneren of nieuwe onderdelen toepassen wordt soms gemaakt op basis van kostprijs. . Vaak is echter levertijd belangrijk en wordt de beslissing op basis hiervan genomen. . Sulteq zal bij advisering altijd uitgaan van de specifieke situatie. De meest gunstige oplossing voor de klant op dat moment is dan leidend.

A weir is usually equipped with an adjustable weir gate. This gate is often automatically controlled but can also be manually operated. Our strength lies in devising and developing technical solutions. We develop all our designs in 3D. With the utmost care, our professionals build weirs, large and small, every day to protect our country from the effects of climate change. Weirs, dams, and pumping stations form a barrier for fish. To allow fish to pass around these bottlenecks, pumping stations and weirs are made fish-passable. We design and build fish passages at pumping stations and weirs, but also as a separate structure in a quay between two water level areas. Depending on the location, water level differences, and available space, we design the right type of fish passage.

Slib en sedimentvorming op de bodem en wanden kunnen dit proces bevorderen. Het reinigen en desinfecteren van een drinkwaterreservoir is een specialisme van Aquador. Bij een reiniging worden bouwtechnische gebreken van het waterreservoir in een rapport vastgelegd. De speciale technieken en producten garanderen een bacteriologisch betrouwbaar schoon drinkwaterreservoir, wateropslagtank of voorraadvat. Nieuwbouw of bestaand, 500 liter of 35.000m³, Aquador heeft de jarenlange ervaring en kennis in het opleveren van drinkwaterkelders/reservoirs die bacteriologisch betrouwbaar zijn.

      Ontgassingstorens en zandfilters zijn een belangrijk onderdeel van het zuiveringsproces.Onderdelen hiervan zijn vullichamen, spoeldoppen, sproeiers en beluchtingsplaten. Gedurende het zuiveringsproces vervuilen deze met ijzer en mangaan en kunnen op termijn de kwaliteit van het water beïnvloeden. Het reinigen en desinfecteren van de onderdelen wordt met een speciaal reinigingsprocedé uitgevoerd. Vele onderddelen kunnen worden hergebruikt, duurzaam omgaan met onderdelen door de techniek van Aquador. Verwijderen, opslaan, reinigen en desinfecteren alsmede het vullen/demonteren/monteren van deze onderdelen behoort tot het servicepakket. Tevens leveren wij vullichamen van RVT (Rauschert) Verfahrenstechnik.
